I'm rather confused.

In the 6th book, Dumbledore said Voldemort created 7 parts to his soul in different items, but in the 7th, he said Harry was the accidental 7th horcrux. But, then that would mean Voldemort created 7+ Harry which= 8. Help.

Nagini
Locket
Cup
Crown
Riddle's Diary
Ring
Harry?

Am I missing something? Or is this correct?

Voldermort created 6 Horcrux's, and then Harry was the 7th accidental. But his soul was still into 8 parts, as of course part of his soul was still in the actual Voldermort.

If that makes sense and clears anything up? Haha

6 horcrux + harry + voldermort = 8

It was an interesting twist how she managed to kill Harry but not actually kill him. She appeased both sides of the fence in one fell swoop.

It was my favourite after OotP & PoA.

Not good enough for me. I wanted the damn protagonist to die. I didn't want him getting the choice to live. Whatever.
