theres a simple explaination...surely when ben approached amy with haunted she needed to know the lyrics so wrote them in her journal to sing from them...keep them in her journal, etc. just coz its her writing doesnt mean it came from her brain necesserily!

hahaha. wow. I know Ben's claimed he wrote the lyrics to haunted more than once, (in front of me even) but how did that get to you guys? Is it in an interview or something? funny. I don't care. Anyway, to answer the question, that IS my real, real lyric journal and those are my real, real words. good to see you guys again! We'll be recording soon- YAAAAAY!

yeah- this is basically it. ben had a theme that he wrote out in the form of a short story. I read it and used the inspiration to write the lyrics.
