It's not clear whether Amy drew the pentacles or it was the artist's interpretation

Amy didn't make the door. The design department took her concept sketch and made it themselves. If memory serves there weren't any pentagrams on her sketch but I could be wrong.

well, as someone sad before, its not satanic symbol, in original amy's sketch there were just those curl things, on the door. so this pentagram has nothing to do with amy. and those pentagrams that arent reversed presents (well they did in like 1000 years before) 5 wounds of jesus. but i think the artist put pentagrams there just do it would look more mysteriously
