Head On: Apply directly to the forehead (TV Commercial)
Now, there is this completely random commercial I've seen about twice on TV. The commercial was of this random smiling woman rubbing a tube of who-knows-what onto her forehead. There is a big yellow arrow pointing to her forehead, and the overdubbed voice says "Head On: Apply directly to the forehead" 3 times. Then, it shows a box that says Head On (and still does not say what the crap is used for) as the woman's voice now says "Head On is available at local retailers nationwide." Commercial is over.
Nowhere in the commercial does it ever say what Head On does. I thought it was just random and halarious... so I went online to see what it was. It's headache relief. Now, if someone wanted to sell a product, wouldn't they want to say what it does in the commercial? So, I thought... and I looked online and googled "Head On: Apply directly to the forehead." There are shitloads of sites where people have commented on the commercial talking about it endless about what it is and why they hate it. I now know why the commercial was so myserious. Apparently whoever made it got what they wanted. People talking about it all over the internet. Now shitloads of people know what Head On is and they are talking about it. People have even made their own videos on YouTube making fun of the commercial. It's my favorite commercial now, and it always will be. It's just so funny. I'm not sure why either. I guess it's just because of the random smiley woman rubbing an unknown stick of something on her forehead while the message is repeated thrice. It's just so random that it's funny. Please, has anyone else seen the Head On commercial? Does anyone else think it's funny? |

This topic should probably be in this thread.
But yes it is one of the most annoying commericals ever made.
