I am going to be one of the new Admins here at EVboards. I know everyone is confused and somewhat upset and I can understand. I've been brought in to help get everything straightened out over here and to get EVboards back on track. I promise you I am not here to reinvent the wheel guys.

Yes there will be some changes but unlike alot of other admins I intend to be here on a very regular basis to answer any and all questions you may have. Please be patient with me because I do need to learn the layout of the forums and kind of wander around and get to know the place alittle. Once I have a grasp on where everything is over here we'll start to get things cleaned up.

We would like to thank the former owner for bringing the site to where its at today! We fully intend to carryforward everyones hard work. Now alittle about us. My name is Chris and I am with forumfactory.com. We host fan forums, companies and other organizations internationally. I however am not the owner of forumfactory, I am one of the admins within the group.

That said if you all need anything that I cannot directly change please approach me on PM and I will get intouch with the higher ups who can make those calls.

On a personal note, I am a big Evenescence fan myself...have been for awhile so I am excited to get this opportunity to work with you all. Just so you all know, EVboards are now free, there are no more subscriptions! Now we view that as a positive, hopefully you will to. Don't worry about spam just because anyone is welcome to join. The staff and I will work hard at taking care of all that.

The only comment I would have would be that the ads- which weren't here before you came, are really, really, really, annoying especially for those of us who have paid subscriptions.

I will talk with forumfactory about the ads. One thing I ask though guys is for some patience. I have alot to fix around here especially with converting the site over for free memberships. I will address each and every concern as quickly as I can but I do have ALOT on my plate so please don't get upset if it takes me some time to address your concern(s)

So if you're converting it back to being completely open, what will happen with all of the PS?

as far as your paid subscriptions, I dont have an answer for you there. Honestly, that is something the previous owner should have resolved with you guys before all of this. Based on what I've seen thus far the perks to the subscriptions was getting to communicate with Evanescence right? And it looks like that hasn't happened in awhile? Fill me in on what the benifits of the membership were and we'll take it from there.
