i've read somewhere that she could possibly spread the virus that kills heroes and other people, and that would be the reason for the blood. that's the best theory about maya's power i've read so far.

if this theory was right, maya would be the key to the cure of the disease, because mohinder could create some kind of antidote after studying this girl.

Did anyone notice the giant scar on Noah's boss' head? it was the first think I noticed. Looks like he was a Sylar victim....



All in all I thought it was a good episode. I think Hiro's presence in the past is what will CAUSE Kensei to become a hero. Maybe he will do all the good deeds and Kensei will take credit for them.

I miss Nicki and her family.

And I really want to know who is killing Sulu. They made a reference to "and they got Linderman", which was DL and Nicki. So, is that hooded figure Nicki/Jessica getting even?

Alright, here's my full feelings on the premiere. Sorry for all the fangirling, I just missed this show so fucking much and all I could do was squee.

SPOILERS. If you haven't watched, skip the post. Seriously. And go to nbc.com and watch it. RIGHT NOW.

God, I forgot how much I freakin' missed this show. Mohinder opening the eppie? I MISSED THAT. And it seems he's grown a backbone, which is a welcome change from the first season.

I loved Parkman/Molly. It was so sweet. And I love the fact that they're living with Mohinder. I was totally hoping that they'd find a way to make that happen after the finale - which I liked, by the way - and I was glad they did. Although I was kind of pulling for Niki to adopt her [Micah and Molly would have been SO FREAKIN' CUTE]. But I think they're little pseudo-family is sweet.

And DAMN DID MOLLY EVER SNAP. That was so cool and so WTF at the same time. Matt got stuck in his place. And as a sidenote, Molly is SCARY when she's angry. I think it's the teeth.

To be honest, I'm not surprised Matt and his wife got a divorce. I know the future eppie from last season showed that they did, but I really wasn't thinking about that when he said it. It just...didn't surprise me. I kind of felt that all the stuff with Matt and his wife was taking away from a lot of good stuff last season, anyway, so I can't say I'm sad to see it go.

I'm wondering what the hell is going on with the Company. I kind of thought they'd back off that storyline a little bit this season...hm. Guess not.

I'm also wonder WTF is going on with Hiro's Daddy/Angela/Random Hooded Dude/Linderman/blahblah Other People. I was a bit confused by all of that.

GOD I LOVED FEUDAL JAPAN. Kensei is awesome. I loved how the whole thing subverted Hiro's stories and beliefs about him. It was amusing. "Oh no! I broke the past!" I don't know what's gonna happen with Hiro and Kensei and righting all the wrongs, but I think Hiro is gonna be Kensei. But god, the interaction between the two of them was completely full of win.

I kind of felt the stuff with Claire was cliche and a bit awkward. Which is fine, because something is obviously very broken in that family right now [dinner scene, anyone?]. I dunno...could her schools get any lamer, though? Really? Because we had the Bitchy Cheerleader - HI JACKIE I THOUGHT YOU DONE DIED, GURL - and the Hot Guy Who Likes Our Heroine. Yay for originality.

I like the fact that they're duplicating powers now. I know a lot of people think it's lame, but I think it's realistic. Although...Westy Boy prancing off into the skies is infinitely less cool that Nathan shooting off full of AWESOMENESS. I like the concept, though.

The twins...were cool. I wonder what Maya's power is. .: ponders :. Alejandro was just getting irritating. MAYA MAYA MAYA OMFG STEP OFF MY SISTER OMFG MAYA MAYA. We get it, kthnx. [I really, really hope her power is as cool as the speculation, though, because bleeding from the eyes is gross, but pretty standard.]

PEEEEETTTTTTEEEEERRRRR OMGGGGGGG. I have no words. I don't care if everyone thought it was lame, I ALMOST DIED. srsly. That was just...God, I have no words.

Peeve: NO SYLAR. I missed that hot brain-eating man. Where he be, I wonder? [I know Quinto is doing the Star Trek thing, but I MISS SYLAR. COME BACK, BRAIN-EATING MAN. THE FANGIRLS MISS YOU.]

I was just wondering if there are any other Irish people here on EvBoard who watch Heroes and if they cringe like hell whenever the Oirish gang come on, or Caitlin??? I just don't get how a Cork gang can have Dublin accents!! Is it just annoying to an Irish Paddy??
