Hi my names nicole if u couldn't guesse. I've been a fan of Evanescence for years but I'm just now getting into computer stuff so I thought I'd check out this message board. I listened to the 1st cd for 2 months straight without changing it from my cd player.

A little about me.
Well i'm 20, I'm a baker at stupid wild bean cafe,

so I have screwed up hours and that's why I'm hitting up message boards. When I'm working my friends are asleep, when I have free time my friends are workin, and when my friends have free time I'm asleep so it's hell right now.

What else I'm too nice to people and get walked over but i'm changing that. My family sucks some of my friends are cool others I am disassociating with for just being assholes. Um sadly I'm a college drop out for personal reasons.

Music is the most important thing in my life. It seems to be the only thing that makes me happy most of the time. I want to do something with music as a career but I have no clue what. I want to learn the guitar but no cash for one right now it sucks big time. Oh if anyone has any suggestions on what kind of guitar i should start off on for when I do get the cash throw them my way.

So Hi everyone and any questions just let me know.

Welcome to evboard! I hope you have fun! Gibson guitars are my favourite, but I don't know whether they're the best to start out on or what, but I still think they're pretty cool

well thanks u 2 i heard gibson was good. I hope to have fun here too but this board is a bit more confusing than the other one i do. Alot more detailed, but it should be fun navagating.

Hi nicole, I think that you should start with classic guitar, as I did, then you can carry on with electric and acoustic guitar. Afterall there aren't big differences among the kinds!!!

Try Searching for topics before starting a new one. There is quite a history on evboard and it's really easy to overlook something. You will also notice little green or red dots under users names. Those are reputation points, you can read about them here. You may have also noticed that your posts don't show up right away. This is what is called a Moderation que. Basically the Moderators checks posts for new users for a bit just to makes sure that their posts are appropriate for the board. It kinda weeds out spammers and trouble makers. Any questions about signatures can be answered here and here. You can find out about avatars here. You can leave feedback in the noob feedback forum. And check out what it's like to be a noob. It's very informative.
If you have ANY questions at all, feel free to pm me and ask. If I don't know the answer, I can definatly find out what the answer is.
