i saw your title and i just had to click on this...i am not disappointed, you write beautiful poetry. Every poem in here has a beautiful line that stands out to me. And i think it gets better and better with every poem.

fragments of ghost fall like pictures of snow
you’ve become real
your world surrounded in the depths of my soul
limited only by our imagination

I could walk a thousand miles above the sky just to touch you

as you fall from my grasp by a single step
I reach forward again and again,
I can not give up
I know you wouldn’t give up on me

inside this prism we have created
I see that this game of chase is what makes you smile

that is fine with me
…if it would make you happy for a brief second
circles never end

ambition dies as do dreams
….but the hope found in rebirth is what breathes promise in tomorrow

pieces of memories descended into my hands
cloud covered footsteps have become still
a world washed away in drops of sky
a tear flows, but even tears dry

I could walk tomorrow in search of today
I could sleep for hours in hope I never wake

inside this prison we have created
you run free, and I am confined to wait forever for yesterday

Wow, great stuff you've got here. I especially liked the thrid poem (comparisons), and this last one. Kinda... retells how I used to feel a while back about this one girl I liked.

innocent eyes bleed sin
crisp cold cuts my lips
...and who would think a kiss such a deadly blade

paper world so fragile
your eyes spark flames
like dream skies, fires burn endlessly
into night, into day
a single tear would collapse
...ask for that which destroys

even failure can be perfect...
