I would do the following, in roughly this order:

1) fire my band and replace them with hotter members, except for Troy. He passes.
2) deliver salvation to Leebots across the internets by posting several (!) times on Evthreads. I would also consider reaching out to my disaffected fanbase here on Evboard, but only if they're boys. And attractive.
3) trade nudes with Vince.
4) and possibly Shape, as long as he didn't get a 'tude with me.
5) use my newfound inspiration from items #3 and #4 to write my next international top ten hit. I'd probably enlist Timbaland to make it suitably sexual. Then after I had my one big comeback hit I'd evanesce back into obscurity, be a wife again and eventually give birth to the next generation's messiah.

I would say, if I were Amy, I would create a new dvd, like so many
people want.
I would just make it a little differently.
I would do alot of things for myself, after being on an exhausting tour,
but yet still do things for what my fans would like.

back on topic.

If I were Amy, I'd save me some cash and move out of New York and go into a small house somewhere in Montana with joshy boy and teh kittehs. Donate to OOTS, and other various charities, and go good will shoppin'.

I'd also make a personal phone call to each of the guys, apologize, and admit that I was sorta psycho, and tell them also that I don't expect forgiveness. Then I'd sucker them back in the band using a combination of Squirrely wrath and ninja skillz.

Next for my ingenious-never-to-work-plan, I'd get the guys to assist with writing songs, start writing my own, and put them all together to create complete awesome chaos.

Photoshoots? no problem. Stick the guys in the front and let me give them bunny ears in the back.

Then, with agents, I'd devise a hardcore tour schedule to make sure all the fanz had a mere chance of seeing the band in public at least once.

If I had stalkers, I wouldn't give them a reason or chance to stalk me. How that would happen? Combat boots. Maybe ignoring them too.

After teh tour, settle down a bit, chillax with a few smoothies, (since I've ditched the beer, but occasionally bringing out the jello... ) maybe post once or twice (a month xD) on Evthreads to keep the little goofballs happy. And, start thinkin' 'bout repopulating the earth at least once. And become a music teacher.

And that's what chaos I'd create if I were Amy. Be glad I'm not.
