Grrrr I don't have photoshop, I use a program called Photo Explosion, and I can't figure out how to downsize the quality and all that...if anyone is familiar with that program at all, I would luv to know what I could do.

Hi

Just to make clear, don't say two line rule or ten lines. Because this really can't be judged. I have a dual 19" tft monitor. If I put one line here, it's 5 lines on a 15" screen.
Like this ( from other forum )
So better say +- 250 characters.

No, it actually counts the carriage returns.

ok I' m stumped!

My friend made this banner for me and I told her the right sizes and everything and I even REremeasured it myself..my question is why won't it work????

Yeah, only size isn't right. It should be 400 x 150 pixels (10240 bytes)
