it's funny how the file size limit for avatars is larger than the file size limit for signatures. where's the logic in that?

also, where is the logic in diminishing the experience for the vast majority of your users? alienating large numbers for the sake of few bucks..

Paid Subscribers now get a 50KB size limit on their signatures, but the size limits are still enforced.

When people had signatures that took up half of my screen when I'm running at 1600x1200 it was obvious things had gotten out of control on signatures. The need for limits on signatures has nothing to do with money. As far as the fact that PS's do get to have bigger sigs though, why shouldn't they? They pay money shouldn't they get something for it?

Understandable, but my view is the restriction is really tight. A lot of people struggled to find sigs that were the right size in kb and width for it, and I know many non-smurfs find it silly that they can have only like one line of text or whatever it is.

Yes half a page of signature is too long, but this is a little strict right? I'm aware of the huge size of the board and stuff, but I know a lot of people that refuse to come here anymore because they don't like what Evboard is now

And that's sad.

And that's sad.

The question is why were they coming here in the first place to talk about Ev or just hang out with other Ev fans, or because they had godzilla sigs? The reason for coming here isn't gone all that has been lost is what shouldn't be important anyway.
