We understand that you're mad, you're human. I honestly do have to admit that I almost belived in "Prisoner...".....for the reason that I thought the Evboard really did have that info....I should've read clearer....But in the end, we know we're not as stupid as to believe such sites and all, cuz, c'mon, who else goes to a board where actual bandmates post??? Nowhere but here....that's the special gift of being an Evboarder, you get the info right.....I am truly sorry that you were pissed, and although I know I didn't say anything. we might as well apologize for imafreak05......it just feels right todo it.....so sorry Amy...we should ALL try to keep future rumors at hand......to prevent Amy getting really pissed.....Sorry.

I find it facinating how quick this rumour spread. Almost every fansite that I have seen has mentioned this song, along with several others.
But I guess that everyone is passionate about Evanescence, so they're willing to believe whatever they hear. And I don't mean that in a bad way, we're all excited, and that's totally awesome.
I think the whole rerecording of old songs rumour came out of the MuchMusic interview. I founf this:

I know you have released a CD before "Fallen" but I have not been able to find it. Are you planning on re-releasing it?

Amy: We get asked that all the time. "Origin" is not an album. It's a demo we recorded a long time ago with an eight track recorder, about $300. Sounds like crap. Don't feel bad because you don't have it. Just download it. It looks kind of like an album cover and stuff because we were using it to shop record labels. We put evertyhing we had on there and some of the songs on there, they are not right. We won't re-release it, but I would consider doing some of the songs over again on the next album.

Hey guys...I know I'm not a mod but I'd like to reiterate what Tracie said. I'm so tired of seeing Amy threads get locked. If you look, more than HALF the threads she's started are locked because of postwhores.

Sure, it's great when she comes on here and gives us info or even just says hi. But we really don't need everyone saying the same thing. And I highly doubt that she comes back and reads all the pages of threads she starts, anyway.

So yeah guys...take it easy. THINK before you just post saying 'thank you' or 'how cool!!!1123421one'...please? It's the same idea as a big mob of people rushing her when she comes out of the tour bus after a concert. Or that story in Kerrang! awhile back about how she had to outrun a crowd of overzealous fans who were chasing her down and, later, her ride. That's no fun for anyone.
