I don't know if anyone's realized this, but some VbPlaza options are more affordable, annnnnd the thief success rate is a little more realistic. ;)

well its was the bulletin newsletter that got me back... so im all for more emailing it is effective and i did read in some of the introduce yourself threads that people did come back cause of the emails.
use the evboard myspace to send out bullieteens to all the friends plus use evanescence myspace to advertise the board.

im also thinking a better way to welcome newbies to keep them on the bored. as we get a number join but so few stay and become constructive members. maybe some sort of pen pal thing or more group things as it does take a while to find your feet and meet people you want to continue coming on and talking to/ socialising with.
that sort of thing would also creat i believe a more unified board with anyluck more friendships formed. (as it is hard to make those friendships when so few people get on, or that could just be me i joined and re-joined evboard to make those friends and ive noticed its a lot harder now)

thats all i can think of at the moment

so i have done some more pondering.... *waits for the non existent drum roll*

im thinking some sort of group activities, what im not sure but the semi group fun interaction stuff was really popular for awhile (mainly the whole evbored section) but i think all the interaction stuff in evbored is getting a boring!!! therefore maybe a revamp.

and to witches chocolate suggestion YES, chocolate is always good

I did a drum roll for you ~River~, haha. But yeah, I agree with her posts- some stuff to really get the group more initiated as a whole. The pen pal thing, and the interaction ideas are great.

I'd say we should also get some more discussion forums- I like the sports thread (but of course no one does track and field so my thread is futile

), and I think it would be great to make more of these forums. I just don't know what the new ones should be. One about fashion? Haha.

I agree the bulletins are a great idea. I have also noticed some people coming back because of the bulletins. I think a myspace bulletin would be good as well. because there are many friends of evboard's myspace that aren't on here anymore. but they didn't remove evboard from their friends.
