Yeah they're really good about signing things, I was able to get my poster signed by them before the show 'cause I knew someone who worked there and went up to get me autographs... We were going to wait until after the show to meet them, but In Flames was playing and we didn't wanna stay another hour for them to come out, it was freezing! Plus, they're coming to Baltimore in April and I'll SO be there!

I'm mad at myself because I haven't checked this band out before. Somehow I came across thier myspace and was all when I heard them.

At first I liked them for the lead vocal Cristina Scabbia, but then i realized she isn't so amazing as I previously thought... She disappointed me when I heard her live! What more can I say... She couldn't raise her voice for some songs including Our Truth, which is one of my favorite ones and which I covered already with my band... And the thing is, this song is not that difficult at all, so it makes me wonder why is she the lead vocal when Italy has a decent choice of female vocals who could do what Christina can't... But then I realized that, obviously, being hot, she was their first choice. Hotness over talent... Hmmmmmm, I'd think twice about that...

I've seen them live a couple of times, mainly just at festivals, and yeah.. they're not the greatest live band. So far, my top live bands are WT and R+.. but sometimes LC are really good live. Andrea is never good live though, IMO.

Hey, no Karmacode is their newest album. You can find it at local music stores like FYE or target or something. It is a great album. I had a signed by all band members special edition Comalies two disc set. Then it got stolen anyhow, just thought id drop a line.

Karmacode=amazing. I don't think there's even an "average" song on that album, because they're all so good.

I guess they were formed like most bands, just a group of people who got together to make music. It's not like they searched the whole country auditioning for members who would be the best at what they do. I like her voice live... in fact I musch prefer them live to on CD.

I have seen live performances of LC and from what I have seen, they are not that good live. Entertaining, yes, but I think they sound better when they've been tweaked, lol! However, that wouldn't stop me from going and seeing them if they ever performed in my country.

Sometimes bands are good on CD but crap in concert, and sometimes you can be crap on CD, but brilliant live - it just depends, I guess.

@LeadVocal - Our Truth sounds, to me, like a very hard song to sing - those higher notes at the start would be difficult to hit - especially if they'd already sang a number of songs - Cristina would be out of breath so she wouldn't be able to give it all, perhaps. Just because you've 'covered' the song with your band doesn't make you any better. Cristina is better anyday.


Btw guys, does LC have a DVD or something out? I went shopping today with my sister, wanting to find something she could buy me for Xmas, but I couldn't find anything on WT or Nightwish or even LC - have they released anything yet? A live performance, perhaps?
