Lasagna Inquiry - EvBoard

So, I was sitting here eating a lasagna florentine from the great minds at Smart Ones (c) when a very intriguing question popped in my head:

How do you eat your lasagna?

Like, do you just take whole chunks? Do you go through a lasagna using the latest layer-by-layer techniques?

Also, elaborate on exactly how you eat it (which can't be done using the poll). Do you take the cheese off to eat later? Do you do what I do and save the cheese for last only to then chew the cheese and suck all the juice out of it? Do you scoop the sauce off....

HOW DO YOU EAT YOUR LASAGNA?!?!

I stick the fork right in first a few times, making sure it's not alive.

Especailly if it's vegatarian.

Eating lasagna layer by layer is contrary to the intent of the cook who spent time and effort making the delicious layered pasta dish.

I cut it into chunks using one fork plus one knife. And I just eat it all up, no saving anything.

How do you know what Mr. Lasagna's intentions were when he created the dish? Maybe I'm eating it correctly and you're not.

I just eat it however I feel like eating it at the time. Usually the meat (well in my case..veggie) bits, then the pasta, then the cheese sauce + cheese. The cheese is ALWAYS last. Sometimes I mix the pasta with the veggie bits.
