Theatre of Tragedy has a new singer - Nell, who sings for them live, old and new songs (even though these supposed new songs haven't actually been released onto CD yet).

And the acoustic Into Your Light isn't even an acoustic version as such - its just a remix. They took the original track, tuned out pretty much everything but the vocals, and recorded acoustics over it. Thats why the vocals and strings are exactly the same as the original version.

I :heart: these guys. I had heard their name in a few places. but never checked them out. Until someone in a metal community in livejournal posted 'Lovelorn'. I downloaded it and fell in love. My favorite songs are Norwegian Lovesong, The Dream, and Tale of the Sea Maid.

HA! I knew something was off. I thought it sounded too much like the album version (well, Liv's vocals)...
I still like it, but I wish it were a live acoustic setting.

I'm just on the Liv Kristine website http://www.livkristine.de/ and it has a list of all her solo work and theres lots of songs there!
I'm going on a hunt to try to find some of them, anyone want to help me out? Anyone got anything to share?

Which one do you suggest?
Have in mind that I like more the heaviest parts

Are you talking about Theatre of Tragedy stuff? I couldn't tell you, buddy! I've heard exactly 2 songs by ToT and wasn't impressed with the 2nd one. But I did like the song "Sweet Art Thou".. or something like that... :/
