Jeeze Amy how many times are you gunna make me cry over the songs on this CD, just kidding, I cried its lyrics are beautiful and haunting, I SOBBED when she said "i long to be like you, sis" i almost went through losing my sister, this song is all too real of what could of happened

I have to admit this song didn't stick out to me at first, but lyrically ... it's just like WOW. The music really suits the mood that the lyrics portray. Very much a song of loss and mourning, and it really works

Oh My God this song makes me wanna go and put flowers on all the graves in the graveyard! I absolutely, positively, 100% love it. It leaves me with a whole bowl full of emotions......by far favorite (lyrically) on The Open Door...GO AMY

Only two songs have ever made my eyes tear up (Slipped Away by Avril Lavinge and Killing Loneliness by HIM) and this one makes three... It also makes me love my brother a little more though he has seriously screwed up recently; life's too short to hate.

When i first looked up the lyrics to this song, my first reaction was

. I was amazed at the words; they caught my attention....
But then I got to listen to it, and man did it hit me hard. It makes me teary eyed each and every time i hear it...

Makes me wonder how Amy was feeling when she was actually singing this one for recording..

^ my favorite part of the whole song....it just seems to fill you up....

I love the lyrics for this - just reading them made me cry. Then again, I cry very easily. Still, it's a beautiful, emotional song and I can't wait to hear it.
