If you'd seen her on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special, she clearly looked like she had something wrong with her. If not bulimia (which I think it could be because she looked pale and sickly), then certainly something else.

It's sad about all these celebs who are under heaps of pressure to lose weight and look 'perfect' so they resort to bulimia.

But who are they pressured from? The fans? If so, then it seems pretty circular, to me. Idolizers want to mock their celebrity idols... so the fans have pressure,t oo. And the fans pressure... puts pressure on the celebrity idol...hm.

I hate tabloids. The malicious, scrutinising, perfectionist insults that they spout are astonishing. I'm glad that Lindsay has left their idiocy behind her and is getting better. Personally, I find her incredibly attractive with red hair and a little extra weight. Watch Mean Girls for reference. And Grim... for being happy about this, you suck just as much as a tabloid king, just with less money.

And then how she tried backtracking after admitting it in the interview, AND THEN how her publicist called the magazine the next day to request its omission from print. Eating disorders/drug use is so commonplace now that it's lost any shock value it once had, especially for Hollywood. Now it's just, "Oh, another one?" *lost attention span*

I should probably be thrown into the pillory too, though, because sometimes I joke that I'm going to go purge after having some cookies or w/e BECAUSE I'M SO SKINNY. And each time I can hear a little fissure opening up in the hearts of bulimics across the world. =(

I agree. Good point.

I'm no longer shocked when I read/hear about things like this involving celebrities, and tend to just shrug it off.

Something bothers me though, why can't "I Live for the Day" be released? She is most likely going to release "Fastlane" (Co-written by Ben Moody) near April so can't she release ILFTD in between then? It doesn't make sense -- at least to me.

Well, she is in the process for making other movies, so maybe at the moment she wouldn't have enough time to promote & make a new video.

That's what I thought, but, if you are making a transition between movies to music (Even if you're remaining in movies), I would think you'd spend a few months on your music career and than same with the movie.

Hilary Duff manages to do it so I don't see why she can't. But I'm happy nonetheless, I love both songs
