Okay, then we can look at it this way, if the other bands have not "broken" with the name, then why not have them have a go at it? That's pretty much where I was going with my previous statement.

I don't know about that...if there's another band that HAS the name, they got it first. Y'know? It doesn't matter if the other band is famous yet.

I suppose it'll come down to who registers it first, but I foresee possible problems.

So these songs we put up were just rough demos, we'll have up some new tracks you havn't heard, as well as better versions of a few of these in a couple weeks or less. I remember when Smashing Pumpkins released there album title, it was pronounced mack-in-uh, not machine-uh.

This band name is pronounced muh-SHEEN-uh....and Jack didn't make it here the other night cuz he broke the board...hahaha...not really, it crashed without him.

For those of you in the Little Rock area, Machina will be playing a show on the 4th of July in Maumelle (just outside of Little Rock). I'm sure they'll have the details on their MySpace page.

It would be hard to say right now with the upcoming Ev stuff, but I know they've been rehearsing and are looking forward to doing some live shows. Will is off Tuesday, so we're going to celebrate the 4th with them. I will try to post some pics.
