For the last fucking time Boobles KNOWS what she is talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some people need to remember certain members of this place are aware of stuff the rest of the board never knew. Amy is damn lucky everyone that has ever been a victim of her garbage talk (or just pissed on all over by her royal pain in the highness) doesn't spill their guts for the world to see. She is So beyond not a nice person, and that is putting it mildly.

Personally I believe they have both have more to tell, but that truly would be "airing dirty laundry." It makes both of them "dishonest" as you put it.

John a medocre guitarist? Over a guy who had a stroke and obviously has shown difficulty regaining his totaly ability to play the guitar? I'm not sure you're seeing the "whole picture here." Amy way have thought Johns playing was not up to "her standarsd" but THE BAND needs to make that decision. Not Amy alone. Taht's why it's called a band and not the Amy Lee Project.

Well I will point out that this is the music business as painful as it is. We have been privy to the music equivalent to a "layoff." It be comes an emotional time for both sides the corporation in this case WindUp chooses to exercise to change the contract in mid term. There are legal clauses that may (and probably do) direct the exact "verbiage" the parties are allowed to state publicly with out penalty.

Blame the lawyers.

How about this as rough draft? The lines need to be thicker and the font changed (an Evanescence font would be fitting) but it's a start. It's also very visible. You could even put a picture of the former members somewhere for an added touch. It would suit my t-shirt request as well.

I thought you said you weren't going to be negative. You were negative saying that Amy was shallow.

This leads me to believe that Amy did very well have a good reason to release you.

Just don't libel or slander her. Maybe you've already done that. Amy must be too nice to take you to the cleaners on charges of libel and slander.

Btw, for all those that like this guitar player whose name I honestly didn't know for a long time; he is loaded with cash. He and his family have been doing well for years. Don't let him make you believe that he is poor and living on the streets - that his or Rocky's family are suffering greatly.

I'm sure Amy has musicians that can complete the task at hand.

Btw, I'm sure it wasn't all Amy. I'm sure an organization like this has a board of advisors and tons of input for seasoned people. That is, from people that have seen decades of occurances in Rock music and bands (including Van Halen and Gun N Roses).

Evanescence will be just like Metallica - Amy's voice will be heard for decades - it's so beautiful.
