I love Missing I play it all the time on my phone and the lyrics are great why did they take it out from Fallen its a great song and would have made the album even better.

There is a kid in my school who states that his writings is what inspired the songs & that he signed his rights over to the band and got a plaque for the song & a whole bunch of free demo's.
And I just wanna get this straight.
What do you think??

How old is this kid?

My first reaction is to say that he's full of crap. Clearly I don't know him, so I don't know for certain, but how many people throughout history have looked at the work of a famous artist/musician/author and said "That was my idea" ??

He's 17..
Which means when Amy Lee/ Ben Moody wrote that song he was like younger than 10. o_O
I've heard it many time. But he's all like I have a plaque. >_<

I think you said all that needs to be said right there. Tell him to come up with something believable next time, lol. If he keeps on, tell him you want to see the plaque up close and personal. But generally, my opinion of this kid:
