So yeah. I havn't updated in awhile, but I havn't been writing much either. I havn't been inspired.

I did write this one really cheesy poem for school but I'm not sure if it's even worth posting. But in any case, I'll share it anyway:

"Head Full of Thoughts", by MoonlightShadow

I've got a head full of thoughts
Some big and some small
It's a wonder my brain
Has room for them all!
I'm constantly thinking
About many a thing
Perhaps letting my mind wander,
When I should be listening.

I've got a mind full of questions,
Some shallow, some deep.
Mere queries of life,
And the secrets it keeps.
I'm forever contemplating
Every last mystery
That keeps me alive,
And wandering free.

My questions need answers
And answers need finding,
I'll always be searching
That contract is binding.
It's no easy road
But someday I'll find
The answers to the questions
Burried deep in my mind.

I've got a head full of thoughts
Some big and some small
It's a wonder my brain
Has room for them all!
I'm constantly thinking
About many a thing
Perhaps letting my mind wander,
When I should be listening.

"Liar's Fire" - By: Moonlight Shadow (aka: Becky)

Everything you say
Makes you sound so true
With every passing day
These thoughts make their way through
So easy to believe
Yet so hard to doubt
Impossible to achieve
My protest shouts out
Everyone thinks your numbers add up
It's too bad you're a liar, you started the fire
And it's burning you up

Everything you do
Makes you seem so right
Perfection is expected
Follow the rules and don't fight
The stigma of hippocracy
Radiates from you
It leaves me wonering
What's left for us to do
You think if you say it, that makes you right
It's too bad you're a liar, you started the fire
And it's raging out of control

Liar's fire burning bright
Burn the stars from the sky tonight
Block me from your sound and sight
The search for truth is a constant fight

I havn't been doing much writing lately because I've been busy making these cute little dollz. I've decided to share a few of them. I posted a few of them here before, but they were lost in the crash.

I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter, so all the dollz I've made lately have been Potter related. I got the basebodies from The Dollz on the Hill Factory This site has some ah-mazing dollz on it, I reccomend you check it out.

Wow...I LUVED 'Liar's Fire.' It was wonderfully worded, and I could relate so much. You really told the story very well. I can't think of anything else to say other than...awesome job!

Thanks, GirlWithAMic. It was fun to write, but it took forever to get it to sound right. I'm working on setting it to music, but it's going very slowly.

It definately didn't feel too forced. But, at times, it felt like it didn't have enough of a "standard form" to work all that well. Some of the lines are a little too long and take away from the feeling you are trying to portray. I'd suggest trying to keep each "statement" around the same number of syllables as the next, it helps with the flow and keeps the reader from feeling "out of breath" at the end of it all. Overall, this piece was an enjoyable read. Keep on writing!
