OK so I entered the contest to get tickets to the show and got them. When I first got the email about it it said Seether AND Evanescence would be there. But after I got the tickets, I realized that on 1iota's site it said one of the groups performing was Seether f/Amy Lee, but didn't say anything about Ev itself. Oh well either way I'm going, but I'm just curious if anyone else had any other info on whether Ev will actually be there or just Amy with Seether. I checked Ev's site but didn't find any info.

I'm pretty shocked that Seether is there considering they'll be in Wisconsin the next day. I would think that would be hard on the band even for flying.

Is this the same Pepsi Smash thats going to be on TV? Cause I've already read Aerosmith is going to be on there, I'm going to be SO excited if Evanescence is too, my two favorite bands in the same concert! :D :D :D

aerosmith was already on there..that epi. already aired if im not mistaken..and it's entirely possible that I am. Seether feat. Amy Lee is going to perform at the june 23rd taping, along with avril lavigne (barf) and some others...I really hope to get tickets tho...I heard about it through the evanescence e-team e-mails they send out through wind up. windup and the e-team have nothing to do with the taping tho, they just sent out e-mails to tell us about it..
im gonna be so upset if i don't get tickets. lol.

Yeah, I got two tickets to it. All you have to do is go to "view tickets" and print that page , right? Or do you have to go somewhere else to print it?

Oh , and another question............It says that you need a valid ID. Can I use my school Id, or does it have to be a California Id? I only have the school one, and if I need the cali one, I'm screwed. I just wanted to go soooo bad, especially since it's free.

any id will work. mostly they just want something with your age on it.
ya i have 4 tickets but so far i dont think im going. i need to find some ppl who would be able to offer a ride to LA(i live 45 min away) so i can go.

Technically, I registered the tickets and got them... are you sure they just want any picture ID with your name? (IE: School ID, etc?) Just curious- because it says VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, so i assume it means military ID.

and if they invited you it doesnt matter if live over the miles limit. you still got invited. and they dont turn anyone down once your there. cuz they always need ppl to fill the place.and they still always end up sort a fair amount of ppl.

I'd think that once you get the tickets, you're in, and I doubt they'll follow up on where you live. Its not like you'll show up and they give you shit about it and tell you too bad. I doubt they care anyway, they probably just threw that in there to keep people from way out of town from registering to keep down on having to sift through thousands of requests and prevent more no-shows. I live in Rosamond (just north of Palmdale/Lancaster) and I got two tickets. I think I'm right at about 100 miles away if that tells you anything. Besides, it just says the "LA area." How far out do you consider the LA area? That's a matter of opinion and debate. So if you consider Valancia or Chino the LA area, then maybe you live within 100 miles of there... That issue's too blurry so they are probably pretty lenient about it. But anyways, I hurt my shoulder over the weekend and can barely move it right now so I won't be going.

Since Amy and Avril did appeared at the same time on the pepsi smash, what do you think their reaction to one another was........I mean, do you think that they spoke at all to each other, or do you think that they just passed each other w/out noticing a thing?

i kinda already went through this in the rendezvous section but o well...amy and avril did not perform at the same time. there was an entire act in between the two of them. they performed on the same stage..trust me, not a big deal. people need to stop making it like there's this big cat fight..
