You're so sweet for giving me directions, lol. Evboarders RULE. We could all meet at Denny's, oh that reminds me of the Linkin Park concert at the Lloyd Noble. I just entered to get passes to meet/greet Seether, and *crosses fingers* hope to get them.

Who wants to wait after the set by the busses? I'm all about meeting Amy and John. I heard Shaun's a riot!

I entered too! I hope to meet some Evboarders there. I'll for sure be by the buses if I can, Somehow I think the setup of the whole ampitheatre might be hard to do so. I'm sure as hell going to try though.

Does anyone listen to the Buzz? 94.7 from OKC. They are having a Buzz Big Banana contest where you win a meet and greet with Evanescence and a signed guitar from them? You have to listen for Ev, Seether, and Three Days Grace and a monkey in a row and be the 94th caller to win. The only problem is I can't find the number or area code?? The website is http://www.947thebuzz.com

Ew, I have a feeling a lot of people entered. Now I'm sad, lol, I really wanted to meet them. Oh well. As for the Buzz, the number is (405)460-9470. Usually, if you call, you get an answering machine. I don't listen to the radio at all anymore because I'm always at work, or listening to my winamp. And probably, to be the 94th caller, I wanna say it's nationwide. I'm not positive though. Eh.

Damn, I'm so hyper over this show!! I've been looking forward to it since the 2nd week of June.... GODS only another day!!! I'm driving 4 hours to get to OKC, does anyone want to meet up? I should be there around 2 or 3, unless my mom's the procrastinator that she always seems to be... I'm not necessarily a regular evboarder (hehe the people here are scaaary :D ), but yeah, long time fan of Ev, I'll be at the buses. I'll kill my mother if she doesn't let me go. And I have to meet Breaking Benjamin too! Damn, those guys rock hard, being with my all-time fave Evanescence this concert should kick ass!!

So who else is going to be there hours early? And do you know if it's possible to sneak in a camera?

The venue plays rain or shine, they say, so we won't necessarily be rained out :) . Just sopping wet and having a hell of a time trying to hear! Do you happen to know if the venue has a place for moshing, or is it all seats? I wanna mosh....

Gah, not yet. Okay. It's 2:06. I'm going to shower, and going to drive to Choctaw, and then fly my happiness up to the zoo. How excited am I? I woke up this morning, and I cried. Lame, I know. I cried, I was so effing happy. Oh kids, this is going to rock hardest!

just got back from the concert, it was kickass! we were bout 300 people back in line and this really nice guy liked my friends iron maden shirt and my stuey shirt and we got in line with them...like 250 spots ahead! if that guy is on ev board ur my hero. breaking benjamine 3 days grace seether and ev were all awesome. ev played haunted, going under, my last breathe, thoughtless by korn (best cover ever) breathe no more, my immortal, bring me to life, tourniquet(another great cover), imaginary, then tricked us into thinking it was over, they came out and played zero and whisper. great show.

 Yeah, I think they pretty much went with the setlist.

My feet are throbbing with pain. I stood from 4 p.m. til 11 p.m. I got very close to the front of the stage so I guess it was worth it. They all rocked like always. :D

I kept seeing Shaun and Amy popping up on the sides of the stage to watch the other bands. It was very cool when Shaun did the male vocals in Bring me to Life. I swear there had to be around 1200 people there.

I got squished by the crowd, bumped into by crowd surfers, and then everyone started doing that push everyone around mosh pit thing. There were tons of people smoking weed everywhere, and a bunch of chicks flashing. But hey, what's a rock show without all of that? ;)

Was anyone hurt when they made us step way back from the gates because people were being crushed? Afterwards I saw a bunch of ambulances and firetrucks.

There was too many people there and too many people with backstage passes to try and meet the at their buses. I don't even think they took their buses there did they? My car was blocked in anyways so by the time I got out It was too late to do anything. I've met them all once before so it was too big of a dissapointment.

Now I can't wait for their next album's tour!

i know at least one crowd surfer was hurt cuz he was dropped on his head on one of the brick steps, kinda gross hearing that pop and him lying on the ground for a few. then he got up with the help of this dude and passed out on his shoulder. thank god he was still alive, cuz he could have easily broken his neck the way he fell. i was about 20 feet from the barracade on the right then we moved 2 the center for ev and were bout 25 to 30 feet back. man there were alot of fender benders on the way out of that thing..see parents, this is what happens when you put curfews on ur kids. neways we got caught in the middle of the mosh push every1 around thing, and lots of crowd surfers..the typical rock concert.

Breaking Benjamin was quite a bit better than I was expecting, pleasant surprise.
After this, I've decided to grab Disclaimer II, Seether pwned.

Ev rocked beyond belief, hehe. I think it was the full setlist.
Oh, you left out Everybody's Fool ;)

As to the pushing back, at least 5 or 6 people passed out.
There was the guy with the head injury.
And I know of a few that were getting bruised, battered, and I heard about a broken arm or two...so moving the barricade back might have been the best plan.

I was a bit out to the right, about 15 yards from the stage...great seats, but my guest was FAR to small to go near a mosh, even with me there. :s

The concert owned, I can think of only one complaint, and that was all the blasted smoking. Although all those lighters going up during Broken made for a damn cool effect. :p

Anywho, didn't get to meet anyone, but this concert made my summer.
:D

Zoo amp is one of my favorite venues. Only place that compares is Red Rocks in Colorado. Do you know of any other place that's general admission, outside, and slopes like that?

Oh my God. The. Best. Concert. Ever. EVER. I'm STILL in shock. I kept seeing Amy and Shaun pop up during Breaking Benjamin, and I even saw them kiss. :p That was one of the highlights of my night. It was SO good. When Seether started playing "You Know You're Right," I was the one sobbing, seriously. We were up near the front, and oh my Lordy, I kept seeing SO many people getting dropped in the crowd. I broke my toe, bruised a rib, people kept using me as their springboard to get up to surf, I have a pulled muscle in my leg. :D :D :D So. Good. Unfortunately, after Ev came on, about halfway through the set, my best friend almost passed out, so we were the ones pushing people out the way to get up the steps, and we watched from the top by the merch stand. I was SO happy they played Zero. SO SO SO happy. I've been to plenty of concerts, and this is by far. The. Best.

Edit: I still can't talk. :D

THAT ROCKED. I was up in the front, until the fence started falling down. And right before Evanescence. I ended up behind a tall-ass guy. x_x But it was still awesome. I felt so proud of myself for knowing every song. ^_^

I am so tired from it too, I'm aching. It's a good aching, xD

Did anybody else ruin a tshirt trying to win the KATT contest? lmfao, I completely messed up my shirt, only to find out no one won. x_x

If the guy I was standing to most of the set is an Evboarder... I love you. :D (I told him that he could "stay right here by me!" because he was protecting me from the pit getting out of control and up in my face)

And I'm still just in awe. Seether's cover of You Know You're Right just blew me away. And Zero. Even better live. I'm STILL giddy about it, and I KNOW I'll be giddy about it for the next month or so. I feel for the people I work with.

I think I got lucky in where I was standing... All through Seether and Evanescence, I only had 2 people in front of me! I feel special... But now my voice hurts from screaming so much! All the lyrics to Evanescence (even the cover songs :p ), most of the lyrics to Breaking Benjamin, and a scattered few from Seether and Three Days Grace. Three Days Grace were much better than I thought they'd be, they seem like they might be a punk band. Breaking Benjamin were awesome, but then I already loved BB so I couldn't not love them. Ben's face contorts into the funniest things, lol. Seether were pretty good onstage, but I'm not a huge fan of theirs, I think a lot of their stuff sounds the same (you can stone me for that). Evanescence positively rocked, of course, and I was thrilled that they covered both Thoughtless and Zero. I felt special to know the lyrics to everything Evanescence. :p That was cool, most of the people around me didn't. I hung around for about 40 minutes after the show begging people for their used VIP passes. The guard said I could go back if I got one, but nobody would give theirs up (completely understandably, most of them were signed). I was occasionally yelling out if anyone knew where Jimmy Lecompt was, since he mentioned he'd be there. Nobody knew what I was talking about... But eventually I had to leave, and afterwards hung out at Waffle House, frightening the people there with my inevitable loud oddness.

By the way, did I hand a flyer to anyone here? :D

I was the girl in the red and black lacy cobweb dress with the short blond friend. My mom was the short red vinyl with pothole stockings. Scary.... :D heehee!

And if anyone was wondering, this http://www.hottopic.com/Assets/product_images/lg/273071_lg.jpg was my dress.
