I might be going to this show since its close to colorado, i just need to talk my mom into taking me and shirls. heh. if not here, than texas, and possibly little rock. wee

It's not THAT close to Colorado. Bonner Springs is actually in the Kansas City area, which is about as far from Colorado as you can get in Kansas. I'm actually in the Kansas City area, but this is the first day of my vacation I'm taking, and I leave really early the morning of the concert :( It makes me very sad.

i'm definitely going. i've never been to a concert before, so i'm really excited. yea, i found out about it from my friend's mom. not sure how she found out.

ooh, even better. i think aug. 13 is when school starts. eek.

It is August 4th. They've been announcing it on the radio around here, which is WAY cool because I won't be on vacation then :)

ohmy, are pit tickets already sold out?!?! i was on ticketmaster and it said they were unavailable and ebayers are going whacko and selling them for $149 at the least. oh no, i think i just died.... :(

So did anyone else go to this one? The show was really amazing. I was very impressed with Amy on the piano. If anyone else WAS there, do you happen to know the name of the cover they did in the middle of the show? Not Zero, which they did in the encore, but the OTHER cover? It wasn't anything I recognized, so I'm curious :)

It was a very good show, yes. I was in one of the middle sections of the first area of seats, about halfway back.

hey I was there! I was in the front of the pit. My friends and I held up the sign that amy took and signed! Rocky looked at my sign and smiled at me the whole time it was amazing! and afterwards he gave me his drumstick! It was SO AWESOME!!!!

i also went it was the best concert i've been to so far even my brother liked it but did any of you guys get pictures

i was there. here are a couple of pics that i have.

This was the first real concert I've ever been to. I have loved Evanescence for so long, but I just never had any money to go to the concerts, or any way to get there. They never come that close to me, and no one I know can take off work that easily. However, my friend Heather won tickets, and she just happened to have the day off, so we went. It absolutely ROCKED!!! It was awesome. Amy Lee's voice is beautiful, and the band can definitely rock!

I got pictures. They are rather good except for the fact that the photo person cut them in half. Gotta get them re-printed. When I do I'll scan them and post. :)

ARRRggggheh! Still irritates me.

I didn't find out about that till two days prior, and I only live 2 1/2 hours south. Talk about bummed out. :o

And it looked like lots and lots of fun. *sadangstyemosigh*

Eeee.. I went. My first concert too! I had fun. Even my dad, who is like Retro Rocker Extrodinare, liked it.

I went with my sis. It was annoying 'cause afterwards she was talking to her boyfriend on her cell and talking about how Amy went flat every once in a while. She's one of those evil people who doesn't even know they have more than one CD or the lyrics to the songs. She couldn't even remember the name of Bring Me To Life! But it was an awesome concert. I still haven't gotten my pics developed(how lazy am I?).
For anyone who may have saw me- I was in a plad skirt with pins on the rim and the Evanescence shirt that has Amy on it with red fishnet at the sides. I got complimented on the skirt :) I remember a chick in front of us had a really cool silver dress on with arm cuffs and all these torn fabric pieces sewn together, she happened to be with her dad. I mentioned several times to my sister(and she agreed) that I wanted that dress! Lol.
