Amy Lee is in the worst dressed section :rolleyes: on page 169 upper right hand corner. It says "Send in the Clowns, living proof that more is less". The picture of Amy is from the AMAs, a really nice little pic but I don't have a scanner :( Under her pic it says "Whatever it is, hope it's not contagious"
Practically everytime Amy is in one of these types of magazines she is dissed for her looks :confused: If you look in the best dressed section, all you see is a bunch of sheep wearing the same old thing. So I guess it's no big deal what they think. Amy was also in a tabloid magazine for worst dressed from the VMAs but I'm sure we all saw that pic.

At least she isnt dressed like everyone else at those awards shows!! Amys style ruleS!

It annoys me how the media wants women to dress like sluts and stuff... it is Amy's style to dress that way....... who needs some fashion geek telling you how to dress?

It's so meaningless... cause she always wears the same cool style, does what she wants, and is creative with fashion. I've seen her mocked and acclaimed for this. Like her outfit for the grammies made the best dressed list, in fact i actually saw a clip of the 'fashion police' or whatever talking about her. Two of them were Joan Rivers and her daughter, both who thought Amy's dress was just great.

So, sometimes her unique look is more "popular" and sometimes its not.

If she'd just unlaced her corset a little, and then cut the bottem off of it. (you gotta see the belly!) Mabey cut the shirt to be a mini skirt. And put on some slappy high healed shoes. Now THATS a slutty.... Oh I mean good outfit. Plus the media would love that, but it would be the same thing as birttany, and Christina.

It really does not matter if it were true why would girls from around the world want to dress like her. What i hate the most is that ppl dont accept orginal ideas and Amy has a unique style and i guess some people cant stand that since they only pay attention to what the media feds them (going into awhole other topic). psshh who cares what they say

obviously the media is going to pick on her and her style because she's not a barbie who promotes designer clothing/jewlery. isn't that the sort of...*norm* in hollywood/the media. to try to be the best looking one out there, with the most expensive this or that...and wearing whoever....[it's a giant competition anyway]

it's all just rubbish to me. i'd rather amy stand out and wear her own style of clothing. she is who she is, and doesn't try to be like everyone else. Finally a respectable woman out there in the media who isn't about glitz and glamour, and is about the music and reaching out to ppl.

Apparently so. I thought it was kind of funny, actually. But the library wouldn't let me check out the magazine since it was brand-new. Really, I don't care. They weren't actually criticizing her dressing, it was just a close-up on her face with the flowers in henna (I'm guessing.)

Friggen idiots!!! :mad: (Not you guys, you guys know Teh Torey loves you guys *hugs*) but Amy has her OWN fashion, she don't wear the same things as the other people. If you go on to MTV.COM and look in the VMA thing, Amy isn't on the worst dress list, but she is listed on some list with Alicia Keys, Beyonce, and Usher, and you know nothing bad was said about them, so yeah. Another thing, she wasn't in the worst dressed list with Benji and Joel Madden either.. :rolleyes: So that is a good thing.

I'm really, truly sorry, but it wasn't one of her best outfits...well, it's not like it sucked to high heaven, but it could've been be...I can't make this good:(

It's from People magazine and they aren't dissing her dress. They make fun of the painted flowers on her face. It's just a little pic, not worth buying, but she looks cute.

they're just jealous(sp?) that she has her own style and designs her own clothes, for them if you don't dress up as they're used to see they judge you by telling you that it's wrong, i don't pay attention to that, i love her indivivuality and her ability to break the mold...
