Considering I loved blink 182 and Tom Delonge I thought I'd give this band a good try with liking there music. They haven't really released anything but a teaser at the moment.

I think I may like these. Though I haven't heard anything yet. With the people in it, I most likely will, they seem a great band.

wow i knew tom from blink 182 was in it but i didnt know everyone else was in a band too. this should be great!! i have only heard one of their songs and its great.

i have a question, how can i explain emo to people? they always ask me and i say emo=emotional but they just dont get it.

Not everyone is going to agree with your musical tastes and you're not going to agree with theirs. There is no need to try to belittle someone else's opinion. You might want to choose your words more carefully next time.

Music tends to have to grow on me. I can't help being one of them musicians. I've just seen the video and I am in love with it.

i didn't think i was going to like these guys very much, being as i can't stand Blink-182 and Tom Delonge is still leading, but that changed quickly once i heard The Adventure. there's quite a distinct difference in sound and style between the two, which i didn't think would be the case...and at times, Tom's voice in The Adventure reminds me of Jared Leto from 30 Seconds to Mars.

sort of a Semisonic vibe coming from them too. i love Semisonic, so...yeah, these guys are pretty good.

I've been offered a ticket to see these guys in a few weeks, and I don't know whether to go. I've heard three of their songs they sound okay, I'm just hoping they grow on me. The ticket costs £16 and I dunno' if it's worth it. Anyone who sees them live has to post whether they were good or not!!

I quite like the music these guys are making, but I really can't listen to it. Why? I can't stand Tom's voice; I couldn't stand it in Blink, and I still can't. His pronounciation makes me cringe. :rolleyes:

AHA! I knew it was the blink 182 guy! I saw them on channel V and i couldn't figure out if it was him.

I just heard The Adventure yesterday and I like it. Wanna hear more from these guys before I commit to an opinion one way or another. Based solely on The Adventure, though, I am definitely liking what I'm hearing.

I actually kindof like this band. I like Blink182 better tho. I really like the song 'Start The Machine' by them.:D

AVA are the best band I have EVER seen live. They were truly amazing. If anyone has a chance to see them, then go!

I love AVA, i had never listened to blink 182 previously so didnt know who the lead singer was. When i heard the adventure i couldnt get over how good a song it was so i got the album, then i downloaded some of bilnk 182 songs which are all great.

I saw them live when the supported the Foo Fighters at Hyde Park, and they were boring.

anyone agree with me that the newest single, secret crowds, should have been the first single? my buddy at umg was playing the song for me, and it seems like they would have gotten more people hooked on the music with secret crowds leading the way. if you havent heard it, its up on their myspace page.
