Hmmm - guess not many people are planning to go to this show from the board. I missed the band when they came through last May (damn work!), but will definitely be going on Aug. 8! :) It will be my first Evanescence show, even though a good friend of mine has been bugging me for over a year to get my a$$ in gear to go and see them! :)

I just got back from the concert. It totally kicked ass. I was up in the front the whole time. I was getting squashed by people and twards the end I almost passed out...lack of water. I got all excited when I saw Amy being herself. She was in a corner watching Seether play. SHe was singing along and laughing and drinking water. She's so short! Her feet were dangling from where she was sitting. I went crazy when Broken was played. This is my best overall concert experience!

the concert was awesome. I was up front too, and all the bands did a great job. Just one question though: did it seem to anyone else that Amy was kind of mad at the crowd through most of their set? She kept saying that we weren't into it enough and how during Seether, everyone was a lot more active. I couldn't tell, because I didn't know what was going on behind me, but did it seem like she was angry or just that she was pumping up the crowd? It was hard for me to tell.

Amy did seem a little upset that the crowd wasnt going crazy for her. BUT we did go crazt for the first few hours so I think we were all tired by then. I almost passed out so I should know.

If they didn't, they probably thought that the audience wasn't that pumped, or maybe they just didn't feel like doing it :(

No they didn't play Zero. The concert still rocked though. I can't wait until they come down again!

i was at the back when i saw amy too =\ i was worn out during the 2 bands... and the damn sweaty ass people in front , behind and both left and right of me *vomits* i was totally going to pass out so i had to leave that crowd.. next time i need to get there early... i didnt expect a line that damn long :eek:

yeah, like three times to visit family, i like the rain :D omfg there were so many people getting high, and some right next to me! passin on the thing lol the "joint" lmao but yeah right next to me, but that was the first time i went to corpus. everyone went crazy when amy got on stage with seether, i was all O_O lol

yeah, u should of came last year it was on the small stage! omg i was at the VERY front when i went to that show (evanescece may 13,2003) but i left because we were hanging out with reach454 band that open for them so yea me and my freind left to go with them , err i regret leaving i should of stayed :( oh well... i doubt the ever play the small stage again :(

aww, i wished i could've gone last year, they had one a show about three hours away from where i lived at las vegas, but my dad couldnt take me so.....um yeah

that city will forever freak me out....on the way to and back from brownsville....we got there at night and the lights from the freeway....and so many cars my dad was falling asleep so many times while driving....it was scary.....lol have fun :)

I was up in front, to the left, and I kept getting smooshed plus they kept spraying the front people with water even when it started to cool down. I looked like a drowned rat. I got hit by a half full water bottle too, the moshing was fun to watch, and I found out what pot smells like. :D At least I got to be in the front, what a wonderful first concert experience for me.

omg lmao pot no smell good, lol damn you for being in the front! i got their early but my mom wanted to look for a hotel that was cheap, and it took us an hour 1/2 to find a place....it was kinda old looking.....but it was cheap! ^_^ 45 bucks baby....lol im such a dork :D

grr i know it was annoying that they kept on spraying us, some girl in the crowd kept calling that one big guy security gurd that was sparying us an asshole...she kept telling him to stop lmao...and he goes "we need to keep sparying so people will move back".....what a fuckin idoit.. like anyone will move back..we couldn't even fuckin move.. :rolleyes: lol
