Today at "25 das Magazin" (magazine 25) on ORF (an Austrian tvstation) there was a girl
who was styled like Amy Lee in the clip "Going under".

Maybe somebody saw it, it was done pretty good

The guy who styled the girl, worked at the clip "going under" as well! ( i think he was the make-up stylist, i'm not completely sure, but he said something like this )

Wow thats really neat! They made that girl look really pretty...she started off without a hope of looking like Amy, I must say ;) But it turned out pretty good!! Cool! They should do an MTV Becoming: Evanescence! That would ROCK!!!! But the BECOMING shows usually suck.....ah well....OFF TOPIC Geesh I give up haha :D

O gods, I had a face like that when I was fourteen!! I feel for her. Although, I really let it drag me down at the time (which is so stupid, because it's just skin afterall), so I think it's really cool that she doesn't appear to be phased by it. What's important is how she feels about herself... And honestly, having a couple pictures of yourself looking like someone you really respect might be doing worlds for her self esteem... So I think it's a good thing, probably. ^.^

Agreed ;) Even though I also agree with the whole being your own person, not tryin to be just like someone else...thats unrealistic. But I'm sure it made her feel good to resemble someone she admires for'a day too :) She picked a good rolemodle to go off of ;)

As cool as that would be, she didn't look much like Amy - the did a good job of covering her blemishes, but her eyeshadow - WAY too much of it. And the corset, though VERY nice - was too different. I've always seen them try and do as close to the original costume as possible.

If it were me, I'd want to do the Everybody's Fool video. *chuckles* I can just see me trying to direct the thing, instead of the director... "no, I'm really not supposed to be standing like that" "yes you are" "excuse me, WHO is the Evanescence fan here?" XD

i fiiiiiinally got that "chainy" belt everyone wants..the one with different holes and studs on it and it has 2 loops of chains..:x amy wears it a lot.

The corset isnt feathery enough and her hair should be tied up (Croydon face lift style) - if she wants to look like Amy in Going Under. I dont think id ever wear any of those clothes - i like wearing comfy tomboyish clothes and id never ever find an occassion to wear a corset. Imagining going to the off Licence in that gear would be harilarious though.

Ha.. Ha... Not all of it , and it does look absolutly hideous on that girl. I would never wear it put tpgether like that but all the different parts on different things that would be so wicked.......

:D i do have pics just need to find them my friend Joe and i thought it would be a joke i found this black wig but kinda intwinded in my real hair i had to use black masscara for my roots.....I made a skirt it was in good fun but alot of work i will never do it again :lol:......Theres only one Amy ;) thank God!

i kinda agree with gilwellian, the second one does look kinda like a bondage dragqueen. the first one is cool, nice effect with the hair. the makeup looks weird on her because i'm guessing that the makeup artist did something that would look good on amy--not everyone. but i think its a cool idea anyway, that girl was kinda pretty on her own.

No, really, really, no!!! I mean: that really didn't do the girl much justice, did it? I think she could've gotten better. And, yea, i think the corset's a bit too tight. Who would want to dopy Amy anyways? You are who you are, and Amy is herself. Don't try to imitate her, find yourself. Right?

I think that what they did to that girl is amazing. She really changes. I mean, she must be so beautiful on the inside, even though it's not the same on the outside. The makeup artist just brought that on the outside.

BUT, I'm not too fond of that corset there... pretty weird stuff... Xena warrior princess..

Anyway! Yeah, I agree with the person who posted that Amy is trying to inspire people to be THEMSELVES and not somebody else. Everybody should be individual.
