Anyways it was on tonight on seven...I only watched it to see No Doubt and Ev.

It looked like a cheesy 80's music clip! It sounded okay, but the way it was filmed was off!

Well, that was my opinion on their performance, and from the looks for the thread about the awards show in that other folder (can't for the life of me think of what it's called!) everyone else seems to think it was the best thing they have ever seen in their lives. *shrugs*

Yes exactly! I ws about to head off to bed and it was on, I didn't think it would be on TV here so quickly. I mean, what it was like 7 hours after it happened, or something like that.

Channel Seven didn't advertise it very well. IDIOTS! And I couldn't tape it cos my vcr is dead.

luckily i did, cos my god-damn VCR managed to tape the video footage but then thought it would keep the audio of what was previously on the tape :twisted:

so yeah, looks like a new VCR for a couple of us :P

I thought their performance was good, but I saw Live and Train live last night, and fucking hell, that concert was MAD! Ev have got a bit of a way to go before they can compete with that, but then I haven't seen them live, yet. Will do in Jan...

I saw Live and Train on Wednesday night and it was a brilliant concert. Train suprised me with how good they were, the lead singer sounds a bit like a soul singer sometimes, like Aretha Franklin or something. As good as the concert was though, it had NOTHING on Live's concert 3 years ago. I don't think I'll ever see a better concert than that.

I see Ev next month too (why bother posting here if you don't like the band enough to see them?) and I'm seeing A Perfect Circle in Feb.

Channel 7 sucked at advertising it, luckily I saw it on the TV Guide, otherwise I wouldn't have known, but I was so freakin' pissed of at myself for not recording it because I stayed up to watch it for Ev *I managed to watch No Doubt :)* but then when Beyonce started performing, I fell asleep!!! I woke up an hour later the thing is finished, so I didn't get to see them, then I read online some people thought it was one of their better performances and they were outside and all this stuff.

Are you sure about that? I'm checking the channel 7 tvguide online and it's not listed for this coming Saturday or Sunday in any of the major capital cities, and it's not on any of the other networks.

But, the 2004 Teen Choice Awards will be on Sunday 5th Sept at 1:30-3:00pm, not the Billboard Music Awards.

Are you sure about that? I'm checking the channel 7 tvguide online and it's not listed for this coming Saturday or Sunday in any of the major capital cities, and it's not on any of the other networks.

This thread is as old as the hills. blacksilverblue pulled it up from the depth of the lost threads... so, the Billboard Music Awards were on, in December 2003, and Jookie would have seen Ev because the next month was Jan 2004 and that's when they toured here. :)
