BloodRayne Movie Cast Finalized

All major roles in the BloodRayne movie cast have now been announced. If you haven't already heard, Terminator 3 star Kristanna Loken will appear as Rayne on the big screen squaring off against Oscar winning actor Ben Kingsley who will play her nefarious father Kagan. In addition, Michael Madsen of Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill fame, Michelle Rodriguez (Blue Crush, SWAT, The Fast and the Furious) and Matt Davis (Pearl Harbor, Sweet Home Alabama) will all play as members of the Brimstone Society. The movie will start filming in Romania within two weeks and is slated for a late 2005 launch.

Me neither. I think that it's kinda cool in the way of the computer animation, but I agree with you. It looks half-assed. I KNOW that they can make better movements than that with computers.

The video wasn't actually THAT bad.

I mean, it didn't give the same meaning to the video that ev did, but for being on MTV and being animated, ahh..it's okay. The biggest problem I found with it was that it was just boring. At least they could have had her do something different than walk around the whole time

I was expecting her to walk out holding a pizza in the beginning, or maybe even just wearing the pink wig or something at least similar to the real music vid. At least that's what they did to the stacie's mom video. They followed the real vid to a --tee-- , from stacie to her stripper mom, they showed it all animated.

That's because it was the Sims :rolleyes: And since you can do what you want with the Sims, and not so much Blood Rayne (unless I'm totally off the track...)...yeah. *shrugs*

I caught a little of a rerun yesterday and it looks like they show part of the actual vid in sync with the animated one. Like they'll be showing the vid and then the screen will split and on one side, there'll be the animated vid, and the other side'll have the actual vid.

and actually, to the last post - i am currently making a tourniquet video - it would be awesome if there was an evboard competition on who could make the best original music video to one of EV's unreleased singles songs... that's what Im doing :) I'll talk to ToB about starting that contest :)

I agree with you, and yes it gets played more than the original seeing as they don't even air it. I think the only time I saw the video was on Oven Fresh, then I think it was banned because of the suicidal references. That's MTV for you :rolleyes: But they can get away with Britney's Everytime video and that horrendous My Perrogative vid. I'm not trying to bash Britney, but she is such an easy target since her vids are so lame.
