hi all

just wondering if there are any bass guitar/ drum players from the gc or brisbane out there. we have a band in the works that needs to fill these two positions. oddly enough the current members met on this forum (thanx evanescence). we are hoping to find like minded musicians with similar musical tastes and dedication. we are currently focused on writing originals to gig, however we are also working on some covers to slip into sets. Try adertising in a local music store, generally works, and never ever say how great you are, cause you either scare people of or tern out to not live up to what you said.

advertising in music stores is pretty silly . cos i saw some kids go in there. rip off some tags that ya leave for em to take and then bin em. i saw even guys that work at the music store do it as well. :/ one guys excuse was he felt sorry for the ad
