im sure its 8:00pm on ITV1 , but theres live coverage of like arrivals on ITV2 from 6:00pm (i think neways!!!)

Yeh I really hope Evanescence win! There's so much of a shortage of good bands and good music in Britain at the moment! What's hapenning?! We used to be the kings and queens of all good music! We lead the way to so many bands!! And if Evanescence don't win, it just goes to prove how England now make little of good music... I mean 50 cent?! No offence to the guy but in comparison to Ev they've got nothing

Yes i will be tuning in, but like Jenny W0987 said it really is too boring to watch from beginning to end... so much awful music on it these days... and i do hope that Evanescence will be there to collect their award (which they will!!) if not I'm sure they'll have a nice video to show the nice people... :p

I agree a video message will do just fine. I also agree with what others have said about the competion, they have every chance of winning the rest are just not as good as evanescence.

It was pretty obvious Ev weren't going to win. They weren't there and 50 was. Its the typical situation, the artist that turns up wins, just look at those kind of events. And also the domination of rap over the minds of so many people over here compared to rock also made his victory kind of inevitable, considering it was just him in the rap section and then all the acts that anyone with half a brain would vote for.

yeah remember the Record of the Year? Ev weren't there and were one of the first three of ten to go. that would've affected the voting surely. Mandy by Westlife won in the end :/, about as "surprising" as The Darkness winning three awards tonight. :p

oh and I do actually like some of The Darkness' songs, but I prefer Muse over them and think they should've won an award. I would say that although they're good, The Darkness are overrated, but that's a bit of an understatement. ;)

and the reason the awards "suck" is the majority of people who vote. :D

yeah I could see it a mile off, plus it's only one award and as you said, not exactly a big one like the Grammys, so I'm sure they're not that bothered. ;)

would've been nice for them to win and get more recognition for their work but the main thing is they keep up the great work and give us more excellent songs to listen too. at the end of the day the awards don't mean much, I couldn't care if they don't win any awards as long as the songs kick ass and I know Ev kick ass. :D

I think 50 cents performance was awful! I mean what were they trying to prove with the whole custody and gun scare malarky?! What's that teaching people?! That guns are COOL! Well they're not! They kill people! So there... you see evanescence on the other hand... what are they teaching? To write good music, have an honest life and actually sound good on stage while NOT selling sex or guns

hmm, not much appeals to me there... just muse and their album absolution. even though i got it in 2003... huh? muse even performed hysteria live last year - a song from that album! and i think time is running out was nominated for something? need to find how albums qualify... and stop shuddering at the pop acts, ahh!
