I would say that these guys are a cross between Seether and Trapt. Check them out, I'm sure you'll like what you're hearing. "Closer" is my personal favorite, but all the songs they have up on their myspace are really cool.

I heard "Perfect" on Sirius a few months ago and I was like "Wow, who are these people" and actually called up my friend so that she could google the lyrics for me so that I could find out. I don't hear the Seetherness in them so much. I think that they're actually a bit harder than them.

What's really funny is that I think I saw these guys play at Floyd's Music Store in Tallahassee Florida some time ago.
I must have been having a touch of the rum, cause I can't truly remember if it was them or not!
I'm pretty sure it was...damn bad memory...sucks.

Update: a little research and WALLA! It was back in November of 2005.
They used to open for Nonpoint all the time at Floyds. Pretty damn good show if I remember correctly! :)
