Anybody here play DAoC? It'd be interesting to all amass on one server and start our own little guild. :D

The last game I played was Doom 3 ... and wow after playing that at 2 in the morning and being the only one awake in the house... I am staying away from games for awhile. :confused: But, I heard that DAOC was a great game. I might like to check it out... just to see what is going on with it.... does your guild have it's own forum too?
Just wondering because when I played Star Wars Galaxies I was with TIO(The Imperial Order), and we had our own forum, but damn they were strict. Anyway, I think I will check it out :)

Ugh. I was a part of the internal testing community for a very long time, and then just plain got disgusted at the condescending way developers interacted with testers and completely disregarded any sort of meaningful feedback if it went against their "handjob giver of the month's" agenda.

Think something like Final Fantasy, but online, with thousands upon thousands of people playing and interacting with each other all at the same time.
It's great fun actually.

My sister got me into DAoC a while ago, and I played until sometime last year. I loved it! Unfortunately my account is kaput and I don't have the time nor the money to continue with it... for now, anyway.

I am anticipating WoW, I am more of an Unreal Tournament kinda guy.. that's what got me into gaming about five years ago, even though everytime I log on there is only like five other players lol. I since have played Star Wars Galaxies... didn't care for it... Doom, loved that, but I havent got a chance to play DAOC yet... classes have just started back up and they are bombarding us with quiz's and such :/ Hopefully, soon I'll be able to play.
