Subscribe to the blog so that you'll know important information when it happens.

You can also find the links to the Staus Blog & IRC there as well, so you never have to worry about not being able to find the links when you need them.

Yeah, one of the downfalls of Myspace is that it lags sometimes. It will only let one friend request through, so don't worry if you think you submitted multiple times.

There was a bulletin sent out this morning.

The first 4 people to respond were added to the top 8, then I deleted the bulletin (at least that way people know that it's no longer valid)

Actually, I've been noticing that every time a new Evanescence myspace pops up (that isn't the official one) it's deleted pretty much the next day. Maybe Wind-Up just doesn't want other pages to show up allowing for people to downloads Ev songs....? They certainly did their best to get rid of other sites with Ev music, after all.

I think that might be because I'm under 16, and myspace doesn't let people over 18 view under 18s profiles unless they add them as a friend.

For me, myspace is a great way to network. I've been helping out a few friends with some band promotions and it's turned me on to a ton of great music. For evboard, it's a great way for evboard members to have a spot where they can easily access info that is posted on evboard without having to search through 10,000 threads. Plus, by using the bulletins & blogs, it's a quick way to contact members and knowing that there's a higher chance that they'll actually read it, as opposed to here where there are so many threads that the "Important Announcements" tend to get overlooked by most.

With that said, Evboard now has 500 friends :)

As much as myspace is the devil for some, it's also a great way to help people at the same time.

There is no award.

It's just a way to show that people aren't always going to answer as you expected. For example, I had thought that a majority of people would be in the 1-4 show bracket, but I was wrong. More than half the people who voted had never even been to a show yet. I just found it quite interesting.
