Amy Lee- I don´t sing about suicide or death. Bring me to life can be faced in diferent ways, but I never thought about committing suicide. The clip is like…I don´t now what to do, and I fall accidentaly, but I don´t commit suicide. Its about the psychological conflicts of life.

-******** Whitch is your relation with death?
Amy Lee- I think that nothing happen, if we don´t make nothing for that to happen…(Amy tell that when she was a child, she used to love fall in front of her mother, and faking her own death. Adolescent, she and Ben wrote their first music, “My immortal”, a melancholic song where talk about being tired and childish fears. Now she say, that she want to transmit self-help menssages).

Amy Lee- I can say spiritual, not religious. Althougt being christian. Its necessary to raise the head and make things to yourself. It was like that, that I arrived here: I worked to realize my dreams.

Ive never read this interview before - kinda annoying its foreign because some parts dont really make sense to read but I think I got what she said anyway, pretty interesting interview - I agree it was cool she explained the idea behind the fall in BMTL, because Ive heard some fans had other ideas about that but I thought it would be something along the lines of being in the situation she wrote about and not commiting suicide. thanks for posting :)

That's a good interview. I took spanish for over 5 years, so I get the word order, but I can see why it would be hard for most people to understand. The only question I have is what tour footage was stolen? Like a bunch of concerts or just one concert? I've also heard that a song she did personally, "You" I think it is, was also leaked and wasn't supposed to be.

Okay, I may not understand this translation but I have issues with some of the context.

"My parents thought that I would not have success."

I have a problem with this. I know her parents and I have not once heard them say they didn't think she would make it. Never. In fact, John handed me a copy of "Origin" and was so proud. It was before Daredevil and the hype that followed. He was proud and he knew that she had talent. He may not choose to listen to that style of music but he has been in radio for years and he is aware of musical trends. You can't take their musical taste and compare it to that of Amy. They may have not liked that style of music but I highly doubt that they would tell their daughter that she would not make it. It isn't like John and Sara to say those things. From what I know of them, they are parents that would do anything to help their children.

"Since I win money, they are proud."

This is so untrue. Amy's parents could care less about how much money Amy has made or is worth. I ask all of you to read the posts of DJ101 and look at how much he cares about the fans and how he is "proud" of his daughter. Sure they are happy that she has made it but they are not "proud that she has money." That translation is unfair to John and Sara.

MetalRepublican, I agree with you on your comments; when I read the interview, those comments stood out the most to me. From what I've read of John's posts on here, he just seems really proud of Amy and not at all concerned about money or anything, so I'm sure something got lost in translation with her words. It's too bad that's the way they translate, though.
