Is there a difference in the demo Exodus and the EP Exodus? I have heard them, and the demo sounds exactly like the Ep one with a few clicks in the beginning. Someone want to clarify? Thanks

i think that is just a glitch with the song...i downloaded a version from limewire and it had those clicks throughout the whole song...maybe just a screw up when someone uploaded it or soemthing

I don't hear the difference . I think they are similar afcurse without those clicks throughout the whole song.

this is one of my favorites of the older songs

it's one of those songs I listen to when I'm feeling depressed and I just want to run away from it all...

This is also one of my favourite songs from the old ones.

I love Anywhere, Exodus, Before The Dawn and Bleed the most. I think the lyrics in this song are great, especially the last two lines, and I can really connect to this song at the moment.

Right. Amy plays it but it's like..so hard to play this song while singing. The same for Give Unto Me. But her notes just flow like water from a spring. But she's talented so what can I say? I just hope she has atleast one intricate piano piece on ToD.

Well not only that Amy and Ben probably most likely recorded the piano and then recorded her vioce and then put them together... Like they do in studios.. lol.

Yea it would be pretty nice to have a great, hard to play, Piano score on "The Open Door."

Dude, this song is so scary. The last two lines will be forever burned into my mind. The piano is beyond words. It traps me in a spiral between sad and scared. It's a combination of many dark emotions, but never fails to make me appreciate life.

I just want to make sure iI dont have a bad copy... so does this song have any sort of intro or do the lyrics start immediately with the song?

Kind of weird when you think about it but that songs like 10 years old now!

and still it fill me with the same sort of feeling everytime i listen to it, its like a mixture of dread and despair but strangely addictive ... :mrgreen:

I actually think it's a pretty good song. It's kind of different, but not in the bad way. I think we've all been able to relate to at least a part of it. For me, it's "I can't stay where I don't belong."

Great song. I wonder what happened to the original 1997 demo version (That was probably the version put on the EP, but who knows?)

This is definately one of my favourite songs, it's just beautiful
