Just found out about them a few days ago when i was downloading songs from a lot of Century Media signed bands. They just got a new vocalist, so all the songs are with a old one. They are another female fronted goth metal band.. Nightwish/Lacuna Coil sounding.. really good

downloaded some clips. Very low dark music, not quite operatic like Nightwish or etheral like Cristina's voice. Thanks N_Girl for another cool female fronted recommendation!

I absolutely love The Carnage People. Portsall though, is probably my favorite song, 'tis a beautiful song. The last singer, Stefanie Duchêne, left the band. She was the singer on Serpentine, Jade, Joy Parade and Swansongs. They have a new singer, Helen Vogt. I'm really looking forward to hearing her on vox.

Also, the drummer, Stefan Gemballa is in another band, Mercury Tide. I recommend checking them out. :D

FT are awesome. I REALLY like the new album "Razorbliss". There's just not a bad song on it. Serpentine was good as well, but I think I like Helen's voice a little more than Stephanie's.

For those interested, I just updated the Ventana site with an interview with Benjamin of FT. He talks about the addition of Helen to the band as well as the new album. It's a good read :)

I acctually already knew who they were...well sorta...i must have downloaded one of their songs ages ago....and forgot...its been on my music list and i thought maybe i downloaded it for no reason so i skip it, and since you posted that i decided to listen to it...and it's pretty good...
