I've been listening to this band since the end of last year, and I don't know why I never started a thread...but I am now.

They're an unsigned band out of Boston, Ma and are a bit rock, a bit pop, and the lead singer has an amazing voice! If you haven't checked them out...you should. All the cool people are doing it :P

I found them on myspace a month or so ago, actually from one of your links, Tracie. I really like them, especially "California". I'm glad the website has some of their other stuff not on myspace so I can hear some different songs. Is that your site, Tracie? If so, looks good! Hopefully they'll be releasing an EP or something soon so I have something to listen to on my ipod!

Last I heard, they were still working on stuff. I'm really really looking forward to hearing some cd quality stuff and not just the demos.

Anyone in the Boston area....there's a show set for May 16th in Cambridge. They'll be announcing more dates soon, but for now..if you're in the area, check them out!

Today they added a new version of 52 Saturdaze on their myspace, but the title has apparently been changed to 52 Saturdays. It should be up on gtnonline later today.

GTN just posted a myspace bulletin. Debut CD is to be released in August!

To the many many many of you who have wondered/inquired, we will be releasing a full length cd and it will be available sometime in August, a definitive date to be announced. We originally had planned for April/May, but want to finish up a full length cd to make it worth everyone's while and to give you guys as much GTN as possible. Hope this answers any question about a cd being available and we hope this gets you excited as we are!

They also just cancelled their show at the Middle East because they were working on the album. A friend of mine was going to go check their live show out for me, but I guess we'll have to wait. They're suppose to be announcing more dates next month.

For those of you inquiring, yes indeed, a tour will definitely follow an August cd release date, with HUGE record release parties to be planned for Boston and New York City for September. Stay tuned and please keep up the great support.

uh oh another band that I'm starting to like and I might not be able to get the cd cause it will only be released in the US haha...like flyleaf...does anyone know if it might be realesed in Canada? but it is a little early

I really like the high note in "goodbye lullaby" in the chorus....and "52 saturdays"..or "saturdaze"?? is really catchy too. The one song "melt" reminds me of a Veronica's song "4ever"

Yes, I had just found Gone 'Til November only a few weeks ago through myspace. I have to say, I love them and their lead singer.... well she is pretty hot. :D I love the band and their music. I can't wait for their CD... it seems that all the good artist are having a CD this year, exp: Evanescence

I've been into this band for a few months now, since I clicked on one of Tracie's links on MySpace. Once my roomate heard them he was hooked as well. I really like their music...and their description of their music is spot on...like a Amy Lee fronted Maroon 5 lol. Good stuff.

That's exactly what I thought! Anywho, does anyone have the chords to the acoustic California? I want to know how to play that song soo bad, it's definately my favorite. I know the first strum is a G chord...but sadly, that's all I've figured out.

From the sounds of things, it sounds like they were signed to a major label. They're working with a couple of big time producers for their album and they're going to start recording next month.

Gone 'Til November has a very different sound from any bands I would normally listen to, as they do have roots in the ''pop'' genre, but this is seemingly fine with me as I appreciate diversity. I adore this band, and Tracie is awesome.... she knows why. ;)

Congrats to GTN for being signed to Epic Records :)

Hopefully they just don't get screwed over like Trading Yesterday did.

They're now label mates with bands such as Audioslave, Chevelle, Cheyenne Kimball, Fuel, Mudvayne, Jessica Simpson & Butch Walker.

They'll be heading to L.A. in September to start working on the recording process, so hopefully sometime next year, we'll get a full EP!

I'm sooo happy for them!! They're one of my favorite bands and they deserve this contract. I can't wait to get a full EP!

YAY! I am so glad someone made a topic about them! I have been listening to them for a while now. Aimee is sooo sweet. I have talked to her on their band aim a couple times. She really loves the fans and what she does.

I really hope that Epic leaves them alone for the most part and just let's them do their thing. The band has a simplistic, clean, sound that just works really well for them and I hope that doesn't change (looks in Ev's direction). I've been a fan since I discovered them on Tracie's Myspace. :)

It's been way too long since the GTN thread has gotten some lovin' so to remedy that, I got videos and stuff! A bunch of us went to see GTN again in Boston on Saturday at Bill's Bar and good times were had by all and this time they didn't have any technical issues with the sound. In May, they didn't get to have a sound check, so there were some sound issues and you could hardly make out Aimee's vocals. This time around, when she sang the lower parts of the songs, she was a tiny bit hard to hear - but overall, sound was a lot better.

Setlist was the same as last time (switched up IYDMM & AT) + they did an intro of "Sweet Child 'O Mine"

i would love for them to open for kelly clarkson. their music fits really well with her style and she loves to have bands that are signed but not really well known. she wants to give them a push and get them seen by more people.
