Yeah, I've seen the ads on tv for the new action figures as well. I used to love He-Man, I even had some of the old action figures, like Skeletor.. heh, the ones where you hit them in the chest and the plastic flips over and on the other side its dented as if they've been hit, and then you just turn it back again. Kind of like those hot wheels cars that you can hit and they do the same thing, then you just turn over the non-smashed panel.

I pray to GOD that John Woo doesn't give He-Man a trenchy, and two pistols while he and Skeletor duke it out amongst exploding castle and ricocheting sparking bullets.

He-Man!!! Classic! I'm still waiting for the DVD to come out. If the recent releases of Transformers and Voltron, and the impending release of the original Astroboy are anything to go by then there is hope!

How can any of this be sad? He-man is great!!! I think I recall that there was a He-man movie already with Dolph Lundgren and Courtney Cox. Bring on Astro Boy too
I guess it's sad that entertainment industry is having trouble coming up with new ideas so we're getting all these remakes and sequels, or maybe it's just that we have trouble accepting new things.

Is that more disturbing than me desperately wanting to play the part if they ever made the movie? :p I still got lumps on my head from bashing my head into walls as a 5 year old to be just like astroboy ;)

They CAN'T remake AstroBoy in Live-Action, or it's just another Hollywood money-maker. Who would they choose? Haley Joel Osment? *PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT*
However would they explain his machine gun situated in his arse? ;)
