Since you are a noob you’ll wanna chack this out So what's it like to be a n00b? (http://www.evboard.com/showthread.php?t=11970) just to cover all the bases ;) As a new member, you're automatically put in moderation queue (http://www.evboard.com/showthread.php?t=585&highlight=encompass). But it's not permanent. Most members get out of that and post freely in a short amount time.

OH..and the Search button is your best friend! Before you start a new thread SEARCH (http://evboard.com/search.php?) and make sure there is no other thread about the same subject. It just saves the mods a heck of a lot of work!

And speaking of mods, a.k.a. moderators … they will be the users in RED and you can also find out who they are in here (http://evboard.com/showgroups.php?)
