I'm an every now and then guy.. If I see something that may interest me and I have the money, I'll go. And I've only seen two international acts so far, those being Jamiroquai and Ev. Missed APC and Moby so far, they'd better come back again :(

i always try to get to gigs every week. :) they're so much fun. meet new peeps. see new bands. and can tell ya mates how good they are. and then they could probably be the next best thing .

I wish I could go to more gigs, but there isn't much I can go to here, seeing as I'm under 18. :(

ONCE A WEEEK DAMM THATS NOT ENUFF!!!!! lol
I seen like 2 many bands 2 count lol
Last week september is huge!
Chimaria/In flames then Killing Heidi then Switchkicker twice then MM9
I should show u my list of just international bands. Put it this way in the first 6 months of this year I'd been to 52 gigs & see 102 DIFFERENT bands

how in holy hell can you afford to see that many bands, mknell?

(edit: is "holy hell" even possible?)

No idea how I afford it but I do, tho I do get some Freebies in there liek TBE has done a few times. But yeah Sydney is actually the bets place for gigs with the best bands, Melb has more venues & gigs bit less quality, & yeah up in Qld there is fuck all. I'll make u guys a list soon. There has been some days where I've done like 2 gigs one nite. These aren't even just Aussie acts its International ones 2 so I seen heaps. Pretty much I've seen most bands that have come out.

Are we counting all the gigs I swing to that are hosted at Uni, Cause if we are i'm a once a week or more kinda guy.
Only seen one International, that being No Doubt at Festival hall in Melb, Good band, bad venue.
I was slightly annoyed that I missed out on the Muse last week
but thems the breaks

Killing Heidi is still Number one all time greatest gig i've been too :)

To my shame, I have to admit I've never been to a gig. I desperately wanted to go to the Ev concert but my dad's wallet mysteriously dissapeared  I'll never forgive him.

Exactly! moral of the story, kids: Get off your backsides and stop scrounging off your parents. At times like that, you'll regret it if you don't.

not all people are really that luckier enough to have such skills at getting a job at such a young age.. i know i didn't get my first job till i left high school and that would've been around 17½ years old ..

and yes we are counting gigs that are hosted by uni's . that's counted as a gig i would say :p there's just too many to count that's been too.
