When I'm on the home page, it says I have two unread pager messages. Although, when I click on it to go see them, it says that there are no messages to be displayed. One was sent when I was offline, and one was sent when I was online. Also, yes, I do have it on the option to where I am able to receive pager messages. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure you allow pop-ups!

Jessica, are you using IE or Firefox? If you don't know how to enable popups for EvBoard, I can tell you how to do it for either of the two programs.

The pagers only show up in your inbox after you read them. They pop up when they're unread, and you'll see them that way.

Also there are certain conditions that will make IE 5.5 not display the popups even if you are not blocking them; I don't know what those are but if you have that problem you're best off getting IE6 or FF anyways as your IE is broken.

I honestly dont know if I have either. I may have IE, but I know for certain I dont have firefox. Also, I do allow popups.

In the menu bar of Internet Explorer, click Help->About microsoft Internet Explorer and it sohuld say Version 6.0.blahdiblahsomething.

I dont use internet explorer, I use CompuServe for my internet. Now I have 5,and this is driving me insane lol.

ummmmmmm....for whatever reason today i can't seem to send any pager messages. whenever i click on the button under the persons name, it just opens up the window showing me everyone who is online....i didn't change anything and my laptop wasn't giving me any trouble yesterday. so yeah...help please?

Did you only try to send a pager message to one user? They may have turned off their pager option. Try sending a pager to me.

nope, didn't work. same thing happened, i click on the pager button under ur name and it opens up the "who's online" window....blah.

edit: ok so i figured out that for whatever reason, it's just firefox that hate the pager msgs. i opened up on IE and it works now.

I use firefox and I get messages no problem. Maybe you just have to enable pop ups?

BTW the pager messages work fine for me on firefox.
