I'd say you're pretty much screwed unless they reply.
But hey, at least you remember your state and zip code that got you there.

If you don't know the secret question answer, they aren't going to give you the password, I am almost completely positive about that. Sorry man, they're really the only people who can help you.

For you to get your details back you'd have to download spyware, i've been hearing about it in Tech-HElp, other than that you'r pretty much screwed, you could always make another one. Try seekign advice in Tech-Help.
And to the rest of you peeps...........that was pretty screwy advice you gave!

You're pretty much screwed, unless the good folks at Hotmail can help you out somehow. The same thing happened to me awhile back with one of many e-mail accounts I had. I never did get back in that one. :(
Best advice is to not forget your password.

And stop trying to hack other people's accounts :D Well ok maybe they're not, but you gotta admit it sounds fishy =]
i think you can change your secret question umm go down to the bottom in the small blue letters where it says MEMBERS SERVICES or something like that
I hate to say it but you ain't getting it back. A similar thing happened to me except someone hacked my account and changed my password and question. I e-mailed the hotmail people but they said that even though they believed me, they weren't allowed to give away passwords in case I was actually lying. Guess you'll have to do what I did and create another account or try elsewhere if you've lost faith in Hotmail.
