anyone else love this author as much as i do. kathy reichos is a forensic anthropologist who bases her books on some of the cases she has worked on. her books follow the story of tempe (temperance) brennan as she becomes involved in a case after exaiming the bones. (the tv show BONES is based on the books and i highly recommend it). she is by far a better writer then patricia cornwell who covers the same genre and is well known but kathy's writting style allows so much more.

the books are
deja dead
death du jour
deadly decisions
fatal voyage
grave secrets
bare bones
monday mourning
cross bones
break no bones
and
bones and ashes (i think is the name of the newest one)

I LOVE the TV show Bones, which is based on the life of Kathy Reichs.

I have a number of her books, but I find them hard to read because of all the French? words in them...the stories are set in Montreal, Canada, aren't they? Too many hard words for me to figure out...

Just the words are hard to understand because as I said, all the French words are hard to read

Cool, so far I've read
- deja dead [not finished yet!]
- death du jour [finished]
- fatal voyage [finished]
- grave secrets [finished, and my fav'!]
- bare bones [finished]
- monday mourning [not finished yet!]
- break no bones [finished]
- bones and ashes [not finished yet!]

So, only Deadly Decisions and Cross Bones and the ones I'm reading now and I read them all!

For me, it's not that hard to read.. I've read some of them in English and some of them in Dutch, so the English ones are a little bit harder for me, but still they're great. The French words don't make it harder for me 'cause I can translate them myself (it's not very difficult French). Not that I'm fluently French or something! I've only had it for three years in school..

Just read Bones to Ashes and I stopped reading half way and just skimmed through, the words make it too hard to read, and somewhat boring. Wasn't as good as the other I read. :(
