What are your thoughts on Morgan Stanley's $54 million settlement of the Gender Bias case?It helps to atleast include some sort of description or link when you're presenting a case. ;)

As far as this case goes, all I can really say is that any time you get someone with any type of power position and/or money, this sort of thing usually surfaces. It's really hard to say what exactly took place, or whether or not it's just another example of overexaggerated emotions to create a false situation of hostility.

*shrugs* I know nothing of this Morgan Stanley, to fairly pass judgement. I am more then willing to be enlightened, though.
