This new game: "Naughty America" comes out this summer. Instead of battling monsters, you are in a world just to have sex with online strangers.

You get to design your own character (cartoon, not real), and go down to bars with other designed characters. Then you go back to someone's apartment and have sex.

Sounds like the Sims meets Leisure Suit Larry or w/e that old game was called.

There are other inappropriate/adult themed games out there. I believe I read something about a Sim like game about producing pornos. You set up the sets, shots, cast the actors and well, all the rest that is involved in that.

I don't see the problem with games like that as long as those of age are the ones purchasing and playing them. Do I think they are unnecessary? Yes. Do I think they should be allowed to be made, sold,bought and played? Yes.

People are becoming just a little too conservative.

I agree with Fearlesst15. If people are willing to pay for that games, and play with them... then it is their choice. People will complain about this game, and around 98% of those will be people who have not even played it at all.

The problem with this game is not that it is immoral, rather it is the immoral people who will end up playing.Married people who have unsuspecting spouses, those in relationships that don't consider cyber sex cheating while their other half does.These are the individuals who will ultimately make this more controversial than it need be.

There are those who consider games like WOW and EQ more like a cyber sex-o-rama then what they are actually supposed to be. Fun interactive gaming where you can play and chat all at once. On more than one occasion I have been watching Cary play when all of the sudden there was 2 toons simulating sex right in a city or something. EQ actually has in-the-game marriages that can affect the status of ones real life marriage if allowed to.I know of one woman whose husband started taking his imaginary wife's side over his R/L one.:confused: The rate of marriages and relationships that are being affected by that attitude alone within these marriages/relationships is staggering. The attitude of the Addict.

I belong to a WOW widows group because my husband is an over-gamer. I have it pretty easy compared to some of those other people, actually.
Mostly there to touch base with other people who feel neglected because of a game.

Anyway, at least 10 posts a week have to do with a woman or a man being devastated because their S/O is leaving for one of their guildies they have fallen for after logging in 100's of hours with and have been having ingame sex with for awhile. Some of the cheaters had the balls to admit what they had done, while others were only found out when their S/O came across screen caps, im convo's or something of that nature. This is a whole new age of infidelity, folks. First it was chat rooms,then it was webcams,now it is online gaming.A person used to have to leave their home to have an affair it just isn't that case anymore. Right from the comfort of your own computer chair you can fuck up your entire family. :(

He is not in there trying to hook up with other chicks.He admittedly flirts a little but knows not to cross that line that leads to cyber sex.He plays simply because he is hooked on the game, not so he can cyber.The minute I thought otherwise that monitor would be shoved so far up his ass.....In my books cyber sex is cheating, pure and simple. Anything that goes beyond a little flirting is cheating. My husband will not be playing this game nor will I.

To sum up my feelings on this.These new games coming won't make something happen in online gaming that isn't already happening. It will just allow it to be all the more visual and enhance the fantasy to a higher level. Great for consenting, adults who don't care if their S/O is into that sort of thing.Not so great for the little unsuspecting housewife that will be wondering what the monthly charges on her credit card statement are.
