I made this account cus I really wanted to post about the news of ev's award, but I'd really like to start using my original account which is gloomyjewel (no underscores!).
However, it won't let me post when I'm logged into that account and I really don't know why :S

I have merged this account into your other one. Log into it and you should be able to post now.

I had this problem too. My old username was toughlilbitch83, and after the revamp it would let me log in, but I couldn't post. I really hate that username, but if I could get my new account merged with that one and keep "Julieann" as my username, that would be fantastic. I miss the little pirate logo under my name, and I had a few more rep points on that account...

Anyway...if you happen to see this, KCMO, let me know what you can do.

Hey, maybe someone could help me with a similar problem; I've been coming to evboard for a long time, since around fall of 2003. I rarely ever posted or replied to anything, (just like to watch you guys :) ... in october of 2006 i tried to sign in here and it wouldnt let me, i hadnt been on in a while i dont know if that had something to do with it, but anyway i had to make a new account and it allowed me to use the very same username. I guess what my issue really is, is that when i post it says ive only been here since 2006 so i wonder if you guys could find my old account and merge the two or something like you did for these guys? thanks sooo much if you can:)

Well, I just ran an IP search for other users with your IP and it only turned up this account. I also ran a search under your email and still only this account. So, if you still have another account in the system its either under another email, or another IP. If you can give me some more to go on I can do some more searching, otherwise I've got no way to track the other account down.

If you registered after January of 05 and before mid-June 05 your account may have been lost. We had a server crash in mid-June and lost all posts/threads made from January to June and members who signed up in that period. Although, you say you signed up in 03...so http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y289/gsxr600red/Smilies/duno.gif.
Anyway, I was a victim of the "great server crash" so I remember it quite well.

I could have sworn it was 03, though now that I think about it, it is possible it was in 05. I had been going to another ev forum before i came here. After foreverfrozenforum shut down this was all i had. And like i mentioned before i never posted, just read stuff, so i may have just been coming as a guest... either way forget about it, its fine.
