Okay, so who's been there? Do tickets sell out fast?:D

i've been to their last show there, but i'm no sure how fast tickets sale. but i know i better go to this show cuz it's a smaller venue and i don't wanna go see them in those big ampitheathers. but this time around my guess this show will be huge. at least i think it will.

I was at the EV show at the Wiltern. Great place to see a show. Does anyone know when the tickets go on sale and will there be a presale?
This place can sell out quick.

Hopefully I can go. It doesnt look like they are coming to San Diego. Which sucks...LA is a 2 hr drive for me. I went to The Wiltern LG website and it looks like a nice place.

best bet is ticketmaster although their surcharges sometimes can be a bitch. you could also call the actual box office of the venue. i dont know much about the los angeles venue they are playing at and it differs based on each venue. some you can buy from the venue, others you have to go through places like ticketmaster. personally, ive never had a problem with ticketmaster, but ive only used it like three times.

best of luck. and most concerts arent too expensive. it depends on the artist, the venue and where the seats are.

I bought two tickets last time they went there, and I forked over 80.00 for them, charges included, so do the math..........Anywho..........I can't wait to get me some merch!......will there be a meet & Greet??

i was actually thinking the same thing kate! my friend taylor and i are planning on being there early, so i can just leave him there for a bit to pick you up. or if you come the night before we can work that out also. the only thing is that i want to drive to the frisco show early sunday morning, so it would kick ass if you could do that drive with me too.

I am pretty sure I'm going, I only live half an hour away from L.A. This will be my first concert, I am really excited. The first step is bribing my mom for the money.

if it's the same as last time, the tickets won't be more than $40...well worth it, believe me. make sure you buy early though and get the GA floor tickets, because once those sell out, they will start selling the upstairs seat tickets, and those kinda suck cuz..well...they're seats! LOL.

yeah, Union station for sure. we can just take the 10 to western and take it up to wilshire. shouldn't be more than 20mins i imagine.

well if you look on ticketmaster, there are only like 3 or 4 shows that are showing as having an onsale date (one of them is san francisco, and they all start about next week) so it's not just the wiltern one. don't worry about it, they'll go on sale soon enough and you can spend your money on them lol. pretty sure they'll all be about $40 total.

i'm planning on going. i am sooo excited! i saw tori amos at the wiltern and it is a beautiful venue. to see evanescence there will be fantastic! i've got my money saved...so as soon as they go on sale...i'm there! i've never seen evanescence live before...unless you count anywhere but home...so i'm pretty extatic!

WTF.......seriously. This place is NOT a bad part in lA...It5's soo....modern....you need to ask before you assume.....when you start getting into LA..it does look bad, but when you get into Wilshire, the area gets good.........BTW....EVERY , well almost every acting agency is located here.

Well I just heard some good and bad news from my mom after I asked if I can go. Well when I asked her she said "Yeah you can go I guess" but right after that she added "Maybe I'll buy a ticket for myself" so I told her "You?!" and she told me "what? do you think I'd let you go alone?!" So most likely were getting the tickets for the seated area instead of the ground floor. I have to say that this really sucks seeing as this is my first concert let alone it being my first ev concert, and I was planning to be on the ground floor standing and watching them up close. I really don't know how to feel right now...

Dude, I ASKED my mom if she wanted to go to an Evanescence show and a Seether show...and I was 26 at the time. She wound up going and we had a blast both times. She even got her own Seeether T-Shirt and got to meet Shaun.

youre probably looking at a broker. theyll rip you off. they charge you so much extra. wait for the show it come up on something like ticketmaster and buy it there. there it will be cheaper i swear to you.

the los angeles show is one of the central concert spots on any tour so pre-sale may not be an option because they will more than likely sell out and fast. they're supposed to be going on sale on the 26th [ next saturday ], nevertheless.

if they're pondering on doing a pre-sale, it should show up in the next few days. otherwise, every person for themselves.

but, yes. i reckon between $30-40 for gen-ad. 40 for pit, lower prices for seats.

you know.. it seems you have a point. they're also selling tickets through 'celebrity tickets' too, so perhaps their charging overhead is a little different than ticketmaster.

Cant. I just barely got a job last week and just barely started training this week. Next week is when we will get our real hours and start actually working. So chances are my first paycheck wont come until next week, and by then it'll be too late. I don't have any other money so it's going to have to just rely on them having faith in me to pay them back. Well I think with the response Im going to get 2 or 3 tickets. I have a freind Bubba (Yes thats his name) who Id like to go also my friend Elissa. If one of them cancel, and you still want a ticket I can get you one, just cause I know at least one or the other is going to go. It will probably be a single floor though. just remember that getting a GA ticket is only half of getting a good spot. you have to line up early or else you could be stuck in the 5th tier of the GA, all the way in the back by the bar.

yeah that $25.00 bucks will soon turn into almost $40 once you pay all the damn fees that ticketmaster has. I think my 2 tickets for Denver ended up being almost $80.00. They started out at about $26.00

it's looking to be about $40 most likely, which is what i expected in the first place. the San Fran one was 46.10 for me after all the charges, and i bought two so it was a bit cheaper than if I got one.

and i don't know how far away you live, so i can't tell you what time to leave. I got there at about noon the last time and I just clumped in the front with Sammie and Bobby. But when I got there there was only about 15 other people waiting in line. Use your judgement, decide how important it is for you to be close to the stage, and than plan accordingly. That's the best advice I can offer.

me personally, being psychotic and all would totally be cool getting there at like 9am and sitting there, but its all depending on my parental units. we'll prolly get there noonish

I spoke to Melissa, she works at a tower records so they have a ticketmaster location there. She got her GA tickets right at ten, but when she looked in the system about 10 minutes later, GA was sold out.

there's a small chance that they might release some GA tickets later, but it's really doubtful. I bought my two GA tickets last night, and I'm not sure if my friend is for sure going, so I might be putting my second one up on ebay in october.

there will probably be two opening bands. But yeah, atomship sucked and default wasn't all that much better. but when Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and Seether opened, it was awesome even tho i was hurtin LOL. It helps if you're all the way up on the guard rail, that way you can sorta lean against it.
